This place was great I got my storage unit in June and I was in a jam needed a place quickly at a decent rate and was going to be moving items around from house to house until I finally just now decided to relocate out west. Bonnie was great I had to use the u haul and the process was easy and it was affordable for me to move my stuff. So from starting my unit to everywhere in between to the end of the exit process she was there to meet the demand. Awesome customer service all the way around.

A smooth process. My U-Haul rental and storage rental ( 2 units) were reasonable and perfect size for my belongings.

We rented a U-Haul from the town we live in to haul our tailgating setup to Coastal Carolina for Family Weekend and to visit our daughter who attends the university. We needed a spot to store it so we wouldn't have to drag it all over Horry County. Numerous storage places refused to let us rent a spot for it because they were not U-Haul dealers. Extra Room is an independent U-Haul rental facility and was more than happy to accommodate our situation. Gate access was easy and parking the trailer was a breeze. It was well worth the $44 for the 4 days to avoid the hassle of finding parking for the trailer at the hotel and restaurants. Convenient location to the school and the facility is completely paved.

Easy access, security gate and entrance door. Inside climate controlled rollup door bays with your own lock. Bays are all concrete 10ft ceiling
