The store at 2965 Fred Nash blvd is awesome, I would recommend that location to anyone who's interested in a storage facility. Jamie is a true champion, his level of customer service is top tier.

Told to get be price, had to use iOS app, the clerk could not offer same price. App does not work on iPhone 14 mini after wasting 30 minutes trying to figure out. Very disappointed a human was not allowed to offer same price as non-functional app!

These folks are the best. The rules were clear that no proration would happen. We had a delay in the closing of our new home and went a day beyond the monthly move out date. Without even asking, Jeff gave us a full refund for the month. Ty. Merry Christmas
