Bought a tin of Zyns at this location. Immediately upon purchase I tried to redeem the rewards on the back. The code said that it had already been redeemed. I contacted the assistant manager to let them know as this is a form of stealing from the customer. The assistant manager refused to acknowledge that it could be happening by the employees at the store and instead immediately dished it off on it being a problem with the manufacturer. I do not believe it would be a manufacturer issue as the package was already unwrapped from the original shipping packaging.
