I have been helped in a prompt courteous and knowledgeable fashion by Beth Weber at Ferguson in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I am an individual and not a business and therefore not the very best of customers, but Beth has always treated me with such respect and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. I can't say enough good things about her. I also really like the website build.com. Can usually find whatever I am looking for but the personal attention from Beth is so much appreciated.

I worked with Leah Lubas to purchase a soaking tub and faucets/hardware for our bathroom remodel. She took time to find the look I was going for at a price within my budget. I absolutely love everything I purchased!

Personally walked in looking to buy a tub and some bathroom fixtures, literally 4 people sat at desks typing away only asked us to sign in didn’t ask if we wanted assistance nothing. You could hear the click click click. That is how dead silent and no one was there it was. We ended up going down the street to another supplier chatted with them for 20 mins bought what we needed and walked out with a sale.

Ferguson has been great to work with their consultant Leah is amazing. She has incredible knowledge on kitchen appliances, faucets & fixtures, bathroom accessories, outside grill etc. She has provided the best service and support during a year long build of a new home. Glad my builder is using them, and they will be my go to after moving in, too.

This business gave us a damaged appliance product in 2022, and have failed many many times to rectify this product -very little communication. After more than 10 months- still waiting. They show up unannounced without an appointment and change appointments without letting us know or asking if it is at an acceptable time to deliver. Still waiting after almost ONE YEAR!

Fantastic staff. I'm working on redoing and restoring an home that is 80+ years old. China sinks in the baths are from the 1920's they actually were familiar with them and knew exactly where to get the parts to fix the deposits and etc. All their staff is friendly and super helpful.
