After traveling 12 hours from Cincinnati, Ohio to Myrtle Beach, we woke up to a flat tire. Went straight to Firestone at 7am. The tech inspected it. Had a pinhole nail on the sidewall that wasn't able to be repaired. The team quickly put a new tire on (last one in stock) and sent us on our way. They were extremely friendly and understanding and were able to take care of us immediately. Thank you to Firestone for the great quality service your team provided to us.

I went there to see if they could replace a brake light bulb for me. The man behind the counter told me it cost $190.00 I said $190.00 for a brake light? He told me the bulb was only $5.00 the rest was of the cost was labor costs. He said it would take almost an hour in labor because they would have to remove my bumper to get to where bulb was located. I asked why they would have to remove my bumper. He said that's the only way to get the light lens off. I told him I was not going to pay that kind of money for a simple repair. I went to auto zone and bought a bulb for $4.00 and went home and fixed it in 5 minutes. All I had to do was remove 2 nuts and pop out the bad bulb and replace it. This place is not only dishonest but predatory. DO NOT GO THERE!
I Think of all the people especially women that they have taken advantage of....

Was in a pinch trying to get our flat boat tire off the rim so we can get the new tire on, pulled into Firestone to be greeted by DJ. He was friendly and professional. Go see DJ!

Unfortunately I came here because my check engine light came on, they replaced the coils (did not check the spark plugs) and said everything was “good to go”. Well 3 days later my light came back on, brought it back to Firestone (dropped it off on Monday, picked it up on Thursday) and they said it was a “stored code” and nothing was wrong. Sunday the light came back on for a THIRD time. Now I’m at different mechanic getting new spark plugs because Firestone didn’t even care to check them. Don’t waste your time with them, they need to stick to tires.

I have dealt with the fine folks at this store in the past. When it came time for new tires, I got quotes from several places then came to Firestone. Tom listened to me and gave me an excellent deal. It also helped that past experiences gave me confidence in them.

Your frontend staff are friendly and explain what needs to be done. My tires were perhaps a couple of thousand off requiring replacement. Got a puncture. So, decided to replace all tires. Even though the special did not work for my tires, DJ Bowman gave me a 'house' discount. Had to order tires . Came back next morning and they were replaced.

They helped me change out a damaged tire that another tire place said was fine to drive on. They were so helpful and got me on my way quickly and I left knowing my car was now safe to drive.
