Had a good variety of candy and lots of holiday goods. Service not that great. Our whole band group got kicked out of the store even when we were being polite and not loud.

This store is about a 30-minute drive from me so before I went to the store I called and asked if they had a specific item. I was told they did. When I got there I went to walk up to an employee to ask for help and the employee had pulled out her cell phone and looked at me and continued to walk away from me. She had Brown short hair and glasses. I thought that was very rude I decided to look for the item myself and I could not locate it. I continue to see this girl walking around on her cell phone throughout the store. So I went up to an employee who was on check out and asked for her help. She didn't know where the item was and went and Page the girl who was on her cell phone.. the girl came up continued to be on her cell phone the whole time while she was helping me look for an item. I don't know what was so important on that phone call that she couldn't give me her attention when I first walked in the door, nor could she give me her attention while I was in the store looking for help. Technology today is ridiculous. It should not be allowed in the workplace if the employees cannot take 5 minutes of their time and help a customer. Needless to say I left without the item I was looking for because this girl couldn't find it, and apparently the employee that I spoke with over the phone before I drove 30 minutes there was incorrect. I will never shop there again. And I didn't ask to speak to a manager because the girl walking around on the cell phone was the girl up at the managerial desk.

What is this new thing where they have “cashiers” now at self check out?! No. Not cool. Self check out is supposed to be SELF. I do not like having to stand there while an employee scans each of my items. It’s awkward and time consuming. I will avoid Five Below unless absolutely necessary now because of this. Sad really.

We have loved having this here! Great place for the kids to spend their money and actually get decent things! Shelves are always full and it's really big! They carry everything from holiday stuffers, toys, arts and crafts, pets, electronics, and make-up and snacks. Just like Dollar Tree there, some items you could probably find on the 99 cent shelf at Walmart but the other items absolutely make up for it. Staff is always really nice and happy to help if needed. They also have self check out which is both nice and slightly annoying when it messes up, but over all this is a great location!
