I was nervous about delivery because service was on a Monday morning and they’re closed Sundays, but everything arrived on time. They still look good even after a week out in the sun and rain at the cemetery. Will definitely use Kings again for any my floral needs. Thank you for the fantastic job you all did!”

Her warm humor, friendliness and amazing customer service, truly impressed me and made me feel at home. Everyone in the shop is an absolute pro. Jeannine helps direct the creative process and inspired the arrangement, that I ultimately received. Taylor is a true artist and gets a special shout out for her meticulous diligence and superlative care in creating this incredible arrangement! “A real pleasure to work with, you just don't see customer service as good as this anymore. I was traveling to Myrtle Beach to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I had ordered flowers from Flowers By Richard to be delivered to our room prior to our arrival, hoping that when we arrived she would go into the room to be surprised with the flowers. Well, that didn't happen, so I called Flowers By Richard to see what happened, they said they would look into it and give me a call back (Which they did within the hour). I have come to find out that it was not the fault of Flowers by Richard, but the Hotel Desk service not only didn't deliver the flowers, but ended up losing the flowers (or someone claimed them as there own). However, incredibly, Flowers By Richard went out of there way to fix this situation, even though it wasn't their fault. They replaced the bouquet at no cost, refunded me the delivery charge, and offered to refund the tip that I had given them, but I said no, please keep the tip. the flowers were delivered later that afternoon. They went out of their way to make everything right and take care of this mishap even though it wasn't their fault. incredible customer service that is very rare anymore, I can't thank them enough for what they did.”
