“AMAZING!!!!! Our sons wedding was supposed to be in Asheville NC on 10/19. We had to pivot and relocate the wedding to Myrtle Beach in 2.5 weeks. I called Little Shop of Flowers and they agreed to help us!! We gave them colors to include and let me say Kelly knocked it out of the park!! The flowers were AMAZING!! Thanks again to Kelly and staff for always being responsive and congenial!!”

“A real pleasure to work with, you just don't see customer service as good as this anymore. I was traveling to Myrtle Beach to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I had ordered flowers from Flowers By Richard to be delivered to our room prior to our arrival, hoping that when we arrived she would go into the room to be surprised with the flowers. Well, that didn't happen, so I called Flowers By Richard to see what happened, they said they would look into it and give me a call back (Which they did within the hour). I have come to find out that it was not the fault of Flowers by Richard, but the Hotel Desk service not only didn't deliver the flowers, but ended up losing the flowers (or someone claimed them as there own). However, incredibly, Flowers By Richard went out of there way to fix this situation, even though it wasn't their fault. They replaced the bouquet at no cost, refunded me the delivery charge, and offered to refund the tip that I had given them, but I said no, please keep the tip. the flowers were delivered later that afternoon. They went out of their way to make everything right and take care of this mishap even though it wasn't their fault. incredible customer service that is very rare anymore, I can't thank them enough for what they did.”
