Ordered a game online to pick up at the store. It was last Sunday afternoon about an hour before closing. The ordering process was simple and easy. Not very impressed with the man that was leaned over on the counter focused on his phone.and seemed bored. There were several customers in the store as well. I felt like I was inconveniencing him when I asked about my order. I’ve worked in retail many years and this is not what should be presented to the public.

Outstanding customer service by Dee. Had a problem with a switch but bought the warranty. Got it exchanged very quickly!

Purchased my WWE game here while on vacation. The lady asked if I had called prior and had it to the side for me. She said she wanted to know so she would know how many she had left to make sure I received it. Good customer service

Very unpleasant experience. The woman with glasses and mask at the front counter was rude af. All I did was ask a question. Will never come back to this location. Rude a$$ employees

This spot did not have the largest selection of games but was a good store with good energy. The girl behind the counter was very niceand helpful

Went to this store on the 21st of September to get a shiny Eternatus code for Pokémon Sword and Shield. These types of promotions have always been free. Well, the employee at the front counter said I'd have to preorder either Scarlet or Violet in order to get the code. This is not true, and while I was going to preorder both of these games, I'm sure not going to give that preorder to a store/employee who lies to pad their numbers. I went to the store at 544 the next day, preordered both games and redid my membership there too. This employee in particular has been bothersome in the past too, but this really sent me off the edge.ADDENDUM: I should have updated this review a whole back but it slipped my mind. I spoke with the manager of this location and spoke to me about the incident and offered to make things right. I thanked her but said I just wanted to be heard and the employee coached. Her professionalism is to be applauded and I want to thank her again here.
