This store is typically well-maintained and tidy. I often stop into the location when shopping at Tanger for good deals. However, after today I felt compelled to leave a review: Upon entering the store, I wasn't greeted, which is not a big deal, but it is a big deal when there are 3 associates working within my walking path who see me but instead focus on dancing to the store music *literally* and doing a visual merchandising project. Not a cute vibe, guys. I'll be back but hopefully next time get invited to your dance party or maybe a hello...

Such a FANTASTIC Gap Outlet! I found a sweater that I really liked, which was on sale. What made it EVEN better was that I was able to use my $7.00 in reward points. That really helped defray the cost. The associates were more than helpful.

I ordered 6 items but only received 5. Tried to call to find out what happened. Representative spoke very bad English and I had a hard time understanding him. Once the problem was explained, he said he could give me a refund. First why wasn't a refund issued in the beginning. Second why was shipping deducted from the purchase amount . For something not received!
