Nice little boutique, went looking for something specific and was communicating on the phone with someone to make sure it would work for them, so it took a little while, so I walked around the store. The salesperson must have thought I was a thief because she kept watching me most of the time. Sometimes, people are not sure what they are looking at will work for who they are paying for it for. Please remember that not everyone is a thief.

Its a cute store but customer service was terrible. The cashier had an attitude and threw my change at me. Wouldn’t buy from again.

We make it a point to come here every year. It’s a great, trendy boutique that has clothes, accessories and some home decor for women.

I visit this store every time I go on holidays in Myrtle Beach. It was my favorite store up until last week. I couldn’t wait to pick out a Puppie Love T-shirt as a souvenir for my daughter. The sales associate on the floor was super helpful and ask if I needed help so I asked her if they were gonna get any new t-shirts in stock soon. I was so excited to learn they just got new ones in that same day and they were hidden behind the desk and proceeded to show me the new shirts up until the other sales associate behind cash register said there are no price tags on them and then I was told to come back another day. I am sure the price is the same as what is marked on the other shirts so I left disappointed. I felt my money wasn’t good enough at their store so I decided to spend my money at another store. Will never return.

I bought a pair of Kancans from Gemini a few months ago and after wearing them and washing them they started falling apart. I don’t live in the area so I took a chance at messaging the boutique on Facebook about the jeans and they went above and beyond to make it right! The owner(?) even mailed me a store credit when Kancan wouldn’t do anything to replace the jeans. I will make sure to visit this boutique any time I am in the myrtle beach area!And kancan jeans are typically great but I must’ve snagged a defective pair. This won’t deter me from buying them in the future as I have multiple pairs that I love!I definitely recommend Gemini Boutique!

I came here to read the other reviews. I was followed like a thief also. I wish I could say I enjoyed my visit but it was an uncomfortable shopping experience. I was actually scared to touch anything, I won't be back.

Terrible Customer Service!!! I have never wrote a bad review just because I used 2 work retail and I understand that people can have a bad day. But I have never been followed around a store. The older blonde lady acted as if I was a common criminal by simply looking through the clothing racks. Giving me and my family death stares. Never once saying hello or asking us if we needed help. I tried on clothes and the moment I walked out not even taking a few steps. The same women ran across the store to inspect the fitting room. At that point I was done, was not going to support a business that treats their customers so poorly. Reading other comments it disgust me how she still continues acting this way with nothing being done. Even more disgusting how concerns of racism have arisen and nothing has been done. DISGUSTING!!!

I hope this review reaches the owner. I used to love this boutique. My husband and children were in the store yesterday while I was in town for the GLS. My husband being the guy that he is, knows I love Alex and Ani and my kids pick them out all the time. They had picked out a few from the case and patiently waited for the lady to come open the case to get them out to buy. Mind you what he was ready to purchase was about $200. There were 2 ladies in the store, 1 older and 1 younger. Neither acknowledged him and acted as if inventorying their few pairs of shoes was more important. The older lady looked dead at him waiting and went back to the shoes. Never once acknowledging that he was asking for help. He put back what he had and walked out with nothing. Poor customer service and word of mouth will run your business in the ground! I will not be returning here. Even if you have what I am looking for.

The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! They carry unique and high quality things which are very cute. Bought some great jewelry and clothing. Wished we lived closer, but we'll be back! Thank you

Absolutely love everything in this store!! Soo many cute items…jewelry, unique bags, cute clothing…love love love! The owner was very nice, and I didn't have any problems with the other employees. She used to own a small jewelry store two doors down; I went looking for it only to find out she had expanded with even more nice items. This the best store on Broadway at the Beach; I cant wait to go back next time I visit.

Just walked out of here. Stood at the register for over 5 minutes while two clerks stood behind the counter chatting about personal life. They lost sales for this trip and any other future trip to Myrtle Beach. Apparently they can afford to lose customers in this economy!!!
