Very professional and well trained staff members. We were a family of 4 and needed testing for travel. We were in and out in a timely manner. Our test results were given to us before we even reached the airport. Would recommend highly. Also, made both kids feel very comfortable as they were very nervous about the nose swab.

The process of getting an appointment to get a covid test via the website was very misleading. When I made an appointment online to get tested, I paid the $200 for the 1-3 day rapid testing as I needed to travel. Upon arrival the test administrator said that there was no way that the test would ever come back within one day. Had I known that ahead of time I would have opted for the less expensive option of $150 for test results within 5 days. Also after paying and registering for an appointment online, there was not a confirmation number or instructions to fill out additional paperwork. When I drove through, they expected forms that they sent via email after I scheduled an appointment, but had no idea they were sending them. The process of getting a covid test should not be as difficult as this, nor should they be advertising getting results back within a day when that will never be the case.
