We used hertz rental at myrtle beach Airport. From the time of pick up to time of return the service was seamless. The staff at the airport was professional and very personal. She explained fully and answered all questions. At time of drop off once again staff was very helpful. I will continue to use hertz for their service.

I kept my car an extra day and was lectured by the child at the customer service desk. It was pathetic and sassy!
Don’t rent here unless you want some GenZ attitude towards you.

Made up fake new policy accusing Trump for it and had us take all possible insurance through hertz to add on 407$ to my 7 day rental. Also they do not belong to Hertz and Hertz presidents circle is unable to help. STAY AWAY from this place
