About Hertz Car Rental - Myrtle Beach Sc - Myr
Hertz Car Rental - Myrtle Beach Sc - Myr offers a variety of rental options including luxury cars, sports cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, and trucks. Many customers appreciate the availability of vehicles, and the rental process is often described as smooth and hassle-free. Several reviews highlight friendly staff who are willing to assist, such as accommodating last-minute changes to bookings. However, there are mixed experiences regarding vehicle maintenance and cleanliness, with some customers noting issues like the engine light being on and vehicles not being cleaned thoroughly.
While the customer service at the front desk receives praise, there are also reports of dissatisfaction with certain staff members, particularly during vehicle return. Instances of extra charges, like a fee for late pickup due to flight delays, have also caused frustration among renters. Overall, Hertz at this location has the potential for a pleasant rental experience, particularly when staff members go above and beyond, as noted by some customers. Despite a few complaints, many customers find value in the variety of vehicles and the helpfulness of certain employees.

Walk across the street from the airport terminal, no shuttle! Friendly service and car return as easy as pick up - walk back across the street to your outbound flight.
