If I can give it a 0 star I will definitely do that. Today my daughter purchased a sweater in there discount areas. But when I check out, they said the item is not on sale. Then I let it go through. After checking out the 8 years old girl want to go the restroom, then I find out it is really from the discount areas. Then I go back and talk to the cashier, it is a winter cloth and it is from the clearance area for sure. She believes on it too and trying to talk to their manager or higher position people. The worst thing coming. The manager or even not a manager says there is no stickers so it isn’t on sale.
What a stupid words. And how rude they trade their customers.
They and the system will be always the right one. No matter what, you just need to follow.
A higher position can do no manners to customers is so terrible in a clothing store. I do not feel I should be serving and treat nice in their store or company culture.

Normally love shopping at H&M but this store was a let down. There weren’t any staff to be found in the store except at the register. The staff that helped us at the register was extremely rude. This store has terrible customer service.

i usually enjoy shopping at this h&m but i actually dislike it now lol, just because the website had the wrong hours posted doesn’t mean the workers there should talk bad about other customers in the store. me personally i think it’s unprofessional and rude it’s not that hard to let someone know your store is closed. (this was monday night 2/24)

The brown and pink haired employee should realize the closing time is wrong on the website before she gives an attitude and talks badly about the customers<3 you know the door is open and you can always leave no one is forcing you to work there sweety!

The H&M Outlet was impressively large, making it a great spot to browse. After a long afternoon of shopping, the kids were running out of steam, but we managed to find some quick deals. We snagged a suit jacket for our youngest and a pair of cargo pants for our oldest.
One feature we really appreciated was the price tags showing both USD and CAD—it made it so much easier to figure out if something was a good deal based on CAD prices. Overall, a solid shopping experience with some great finds!

While a very large store and shopping experience, there was only one area to check out and pay at the very rear of the store on the woman's side.

Love love H&M at Myrtle Beach outlets! I just went in to look around and ended up buying so many tops. Love their cotton blouses and sweatshirts. So many choices. Worth the one hour drive from Leland.
Also all salespersons were kind and helpful as well as women working in the fitting rooms.
All in all a great experience and will definitely go back.
