Love H&M but the staff at this location is not helpful or friendly. The head of the men’s department refused to take a shirt off of the mannequin for my husband, saying “I’m not doing that. You can order it online.” Perfect. Are you able to put this merchandise back that we suddenly decided against or are you not doing that part of your job either?

The manager here seems to be uneducated on store policies. I went inside to make a return and she had no clue how to refund an online order and refused it. Almost seemed like she was taking it personally and kept giving me issues. I ended up going to the North Myrtle Beach store and had zero issues making my return. Sad to see that kind of incompetence in a managerial position.

The store itself is nicely put together! However, it was ridiculously hard to get help from anyone!! The one that helped me was sweet and knew what she was doing! She’s the same one that rang me up at the register but she definitely needed backup for how busy it was! It was like everyone else tried to avoid customers and an overall unhelpful environment..

Last week I was at this store and the dressing rooms were open: closed today. This happens all the time ; was told short staffed. They lost yet another sale from me.

Drove all the way from Florence, tried to walk in and an employee stopped us and said they were closing even though it was 5:20 and the website says they close at 9, store was full of customers, then immediately after we walked away she let two girls in.
