I ordered an appliance for delivery. It has taken me 2 different delivery days to try to get it delivered. I finally had to cancel my order. They tell me it will be delivered a certain day between a certain time. I live alone and work. They can not understand, for some reason, a person can not sit at home at their convenience and wait when they have a job and noone to be at home. My delivery was cancelled twice because they could not fulfill their delivery promise time. I will find a company who cares and works with their customers if it means having to pay more. The employee who helped me with my order was very nice. To bad the customer care ends there.

We bought a Bosch dishwasher on July 6th to be delivered and installed on July 17th. Delivery and installation was canceled because they didn’t get the dishwasher from Bosch. Rescheduled delivery and installation for today, July 24th. No dishwasher delivered or installed. No phone calls, emails apologizing and fixing this problem. Spent hours on the phone with reps who couldn’t help us. Asked for a supervisor, never got one! Terrible customer service!!

Recently Ryobi conducted a “clearing out” of its dated lawn tractors and zero turn machine at Home Depot Stores and slashed the purchase prices. If you wanted one of these machines and are a Myrtle Beach store customer you could forget it if you wanted one, the store sold them all to a “Sam Smith” before other customers could buy one, yes, all the Ryobi tractors and zero turns went to “Sam Smith”. What a scam!!!!

Home Depot was quick to recommend Rockwood shutters and blinds to us. They took our money fast enough. The blinds have been sitting in our garage for weeks now and the vendor has no idea of when the blinds can be installed. Maybe Lowe's would have been a better choice.

Not a fan of Cashier Debora, she was nasty, wouldn’t let me input my email for my receipt and was mean to the trainee cashier on register 2. Needs better customer service and an attitude adjustment.

As soon as we stepped foot in the store, a young man named Brendan greeted us and helped us with all of our tile needs! It was such a Pleasant surprise to have somebody in Home Depot excited to help us? I have been at other Home Depot locations, where trying to find an associate to help us was fruitless. I usually shop at Lowe's but I was in the area of The Home Depot myrtle beach store. I needed plumbing supplies and knew what I wanted to do but not exactly the supplies needed. I went to the plumbing section and obviously looked confused. Frank was working diligently but stopped what he was doing to ask if I needed help. He was truly knowledgeable and persistent on getting me set up with the supplies I needed for my project. With service like that it is why I am shopping at Home Depot from now on. If you need plumbing supplies talk to Frank and he will definitely take care of you and your plumbing needs. Thank you very much Frank!!
