Customer service is ok at this location. However the services provided by HTC are less than desirable. Unfortunately I have no other choice but to use this company because of a contract with my HOA. Pretty sure that's why they don't care that I have bad service ! Internet , and cable are spotty. So frustrating when it just spins and spins. When I first moved in I had a security system installed. It has been an uphill battle trying to get help with it ! Again today someone was not picked up on my doorbell camera . Not good at all.If you are able to the other cable company - do it. This hometown company doesn't care about anyone.

Charged me $244.00 dollars for a piece of equipment that was returned 3 years ago. The people in this office are obviously not caring for the community as the company claims. I'll never come back for service again that's for sure.

Drive-thru is fast in the morning...no waiting. Customer Service is always friendly and professional. Never have a problem with this location. Enjoy the Internet service and that's why I don't change. I believe it's always good to do business with companies that are local. Good to support the smaller businesses.

if there was a negitive 20 i would pick that i lose connetion in my room 24/7 and at night i have connection for 30 mins then it turns off then i need to restart everything im trying tell my parent to switch to spectrum cause this is just bad

The girls are really nice and helpful, even if you are late and need an extension. Didn't give a 5 star cause I also gave them $$$ paying my extension.

There was a number of patrons in the store. The employees were busy.The drive thru employee didn't have a customer but, noticed that they were getting busy so imediatly helped me to pay my bill.

Not happy today. HTC is digging at the entrance to our development and cut off our internet and tv service. They apparently don't believe it important to notify their customers that they'll be interrupting services! Went through a lot of troubleshooting time and effort wasting my time. Can't get through when I tried to call them because of "abnormal call volume". They have my email address so they could have sent me an email letting me know there was going to be a service interruption. NOT HAPPY HTC!
