Went to geek squad to get my phone fixed under warranty been waiting 2 weeks for a part they said was bad to come in. So I went to Ifix it the lady immediately looked at my phone after I told her my issue told me it was the battery. Fixed my phone in 30 mins. Great and fast service

I visited their Coastal Grand Mall location in Myrtle Beach today to replace a broken screen on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I was charged $400 for the repair, only to later find out the screen installed was not an original Apple OEM screen.
The quality of the replacement screen is very poor—noticeably inferior in clarity and responsiveness. This is completely unacceptable for the price charged. If I had been informed it wasn’t an OEM screen, I would not have agreed to the repair.
I am extremely disappointed and request a full refund. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality phone repair.

I've had both my work phones fixed here. The only phone repair I'd use for all electronics that needs a new screen! Highly recommended and under AMAZING ownership!
