Where can I get help this office don't pickup the phone and don't receive people. That is a shame that as a manager you run a business with such low ratings

Abysmal we still can't figure out how to do taxes like a civilized country

After not receiving my certified returns twice, I spent 45 min just to schedule a meeting which they called 2 days before the appointment and told me the office will be closed that day(yes they scheduled a meeting on a Thursday they will be closed) so I need to call back to reschedule. Frustrating!
