The Best!!!! bring - all your receipts! John has brought us peace of mind & much returns we've been missing years with H&R... When I think about it drives me mad grrr. He would add the many years I've donated (it might not be enough the one year but it is kept with him recoded till it does count) & after, John does not over charge either. He is Old school can't find good people like John. God Bless Him
