Andiē was amazing! I had a stone come out of my ring and she reassured me everything would be ok and walked me through the process of repairing it. I had the best customer service location at the Kay Outlet on hwy 501. Highly recommend!

Jean and Taylor was awesome!! We loved how they took care of us while my fiancé and I look for bracelets and me an engagement ring.. Customer service was top notch.. Go check them out.. We will definitely be back to purchase my fiancés wedding band.

Rocco was amazing from the time we walked in! He helped my partner and I get a gidst of what we liked…or not. He showed so many options, very knowledgeable of most of the items in the store and even price checked whenever we requested.
