“Today I went to Winnelson's in search of a kitchen faucet, but unfortunately they didn't have the style I was looking for. However, Dana, the rep that helped me, was so incredibly nice and helpful, despite knowing they didn't carry what I wanted. She spent a good 45 minutes, at least, helping me to find faucets I liked and their specifications, and explained some things I wasn't aware of in the world of faucets and plumbing. You will not get better customer service anywhere, period. Just make sure you see Dana.”

“The countertops and floors that were put in by homes is very pretty. It was also done in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is that they ordered four boxes too many of the floor tile and they will not give me a return on it.”
