Had a great experience at your Carolina Forrest Store Today. Jodi in the seafood section went above and beyond looking for my requested spice. Cashiers very pleasant.so happy I stopped there today.

I won't shop here anymore because there are several vagrants that always hang around the entrance begging for money. I have also been approached by them in the parking lot while walking to my car. The manager of this store needs to tell these bums to leave. I feel much safer shopping at the Publix that's less than a mile away.

I have so much to say about this Kroger!!! There are amazing employees and the pharmacy is great!!!! I am so happy I switched to Kroger pharmacy and I love when I'm able to go with my husband (I'm disabled) so I can see Tone and the other people who work there that simply wonderful! (I tend to think the bad reviews might have more to do with the person writing the negative review rather than the actual store or employees) I'm here to say, kindness spreads Kindness!!! Oh, and the best thing about kindness is, it's free AND easy!!!! I'm so happy with Kroger!!! I won't ever switch! Even when the pharmacy line is so long it wraps through the aisles, yet it goes quickly! Well done, Kroger!!! I applaud you!!!

Have to admit they have the best prices and I like the gas points. Unfortunately the shopping experience gets worse by the day. Navigating the aisle is a nightmare. There is so much stuff in the aisles two people can't get through at once. Many times there are actually skids full of product blocking passage. Shelves are stocked during busy shopping hours. The new thing now is employees shopping for costumers with gigantic carts. We spend so much money on a regular basis how about making the experience a little easier.

The people who work there are amazing. So friendly and phenomenal. However they usually only have one person working at a time. I’m here now and there two people in front of me and 4 behind me and there’s plenty of other people back there to help. So it takes forever. This is not an employee issue. It’s a management issue trying to cut corners to save money when they should be helping their customers first.

If there was a minus 10 as far as a rating - that would be my response. I just spent over 350 dollars by having InstaCart deliver all of our seafood from this store. Instantly when I opened the bags I saw that the lobster Tails were freezer burned and obviously very old. I got in my car and drove immediately to the store. Customer Service tried. She was set to refund my $72 when another person walked up and told her she could not refund InstaCart purchases. She called her manager. He was rude and crass. He told me NO EXCEPTIONS. I said but it was purchased from your store less than an hour ago. Look at it. It is not fit to feed to anyone. He said NO EXCEPTIONS. Then he told me he was going to call the police on me. I shop at that Kroger all the time. At least once if not twice a week. I will NEVER go back there. I will tell everyone I know what a horrid attitude they had toward me. Who calls the police on a customer? This is a horrible place to shop.

Soo... just a heads up!!! Sushi special for $5...... is not fresh!!! Gooey and definitely not fresh! I guess one can say, you get what you pay for... but not good!!

Go to Publix right across the street instead the deli staff at Publix will help you out 5 minutes before the store closes because the employees are well Aware they are there to provide a service to the customers of the store. Night and day difference switching to Publix. I don't like feeling like an inconvenience at the deli counter! I use a meat slicer occasionally at work and I can easily slice 1 pound of meat or cheese per a minute

The deli is unbelievably SLOW. IT TAKES at least 35 min to. Get waited on. I am sick of it. Every time I come in for deli it's LONG LONG WAIT

Has to be the Worst Deli in the Carolina Forrest area , 6 associates working behind the counter Not one waiting on customers???? I finally after 10 minutes of Kroger associates acting like me and another guest were invisible!!!! I ask the manager if someone could help me , her response ( were low on help ) I ask what about all these workers back behind the counter ? She responded there all busy working on orders ???? I said , shouldn't you wait on customers standing here also !!! She turned and walked away !! The gentleman beside me said F it I'm going to Publix!! He walked out ... I'm a 5 to $ 600 per month customer not including Gas purchases ,, Kroger is always out of stock on many Ad items the first day of the Ad ,, this along with Very Poor Meat - Deli have driven me to Publix & Walmart !!!

First of all, I love Kroger, Kroger is a great market. On the other hand, this specific Kroger is always letting me down. Customer service is supposed to be a companies main priority and it never is with this store, guys Publix is right around the corner and they'll handle all your needs and services with a smile.

Thanks to the assistant manager that responded immediately to the need for cleaning the meat section today after a woman (not wearing a mask) sneezed all over the merchandise. I was dismayed at the non-compliance of the shopper and appalled that she blew out a sneeze so arbitrarily.

they have a beautiful produce dept. the deli and ready made meals are great. wonderful fish and meat. i don't shop here often because im kinda far but I throughly enjoy it when I do! pharmacy is great too.

Today I picked up my first ever curbside order from the CF Kroger. Bob, the gentleman pictured here, was the only employee I had any type of encounter with. He was beyond helpful and polite. He even offered to go inside to find a product that was incorrectly picked for my order.
