I purchased 2 beach chairs for $75 2 weeks ago from your store located at 9600 N Kings Hwy and the first weekend one of the back pack straps broke at the stitching. It still had the tag and i still had the cardboard ad for it but didn't have the receipt. I took it back to your store and asked to swap it out as it was expensive and I thought by buying the most expensive it would be quality but the girl at customer service stated no we can't exchange it without a receipt. I wasnt asking for any money back just to exchange it. I guess the customer doesn't matter to this company. Never again will I purchase anything from them.

Cassie was super helpful with helping me figure out my fuel points! Her kindness and patience was awesome! Thank you Cassie! And I have to say , I find , any of the staff that I’ve interacted with at this store have been wonderful!

I'm generous giving this Kroger 2 stars.!!!This place is old and nasty.I found Kroger milk that expired in 2023!!!!Cakes in the freezer had ice all over them.There were 4 people up front "working" but all of them were talking and laughing with each other while the customers were having to check,bag and pay themselves. Do better!!!!

I have been a regular customer for over 30 years at this particular store. It is very convenient to where I live. Prices are reasonable. I appreciate the coupons that I receive monthly. They offer me quite a savings. I also accrue bonus points that I use towards my gas purchase. This is another great savings.

I love Kroger, but this location needs a face lift. Felt dirty inside and they were out of stock on a lot of things. Their bakery had barely anything and it was the middle of a day on a Tuesday.

I HAVE recently heard that Krogers is celebrating gay pride month. I AM sorry to say I will not spend anymore money in this establishment. I truthfully feel when you celebrate sinful living and know it is an abomination to God and are proud of your way of disobeying God you have dishonored our Lord and Savior.. It is like any other sin. Should I say I am proud because I gossip or I cheat or steal or lust after another's wife. We are all sinners, in need of a Savior, but we should repent of our sins..turn to God and have Him help us and discontinue living daily doing the same sinful things. Instead of saying I am proud of my sin and will continue to live in it.SHOPPEd at Krogers 20 years..Hope to find a Christian company that honors our Lord to purchase my Food!

I ordered a graduation cake today. The Baker on duty was professional, courteous and did an amazing job! Thank you so incredibly much… the cake and cupcakes look incredible and I sincerely appreciate you doing this on the fly! Awesome job
