We have to go fairly often for blood work for my 9month old son. He has had labs drawn at multiple facilities and this LabCorp is by far the best! They always get him on the first stick (Grand Strand, Prisma, and MUSC all took multiple attempts which was horrible!) and they are so kind with him. Definitely make an appointment though so you don’t have to wait long.

Way too expensive and rude as hell. Trust some of the reviews and don’t go here.

The slowestttttt Labcorp ever! Literally had to wait 2 hrs just to take a drug test on top of missing out on money from work. Please do a little bit better and be more considerate of people time.

Extremely disappointed, I repeatedly told her to make sure to find a good vien to poke needle I DO NOT want to poke for the 2nd time but she did. My arms now both black and blue ???I wish I can add picture for someone to see as a proof??besides, my insurance cover all my Labwork, why I am forced to leave my credit card information in their file??

LabCorp forced me to give credit card info up front. I've never been asked to do that so they could kp my info on file. Shady suspicious. What kind of medical group does that. Canceling my card. Usually they run your insurance and you get a copay which I had and would have been able to pay on the spot. Not this place. If it's not run like the medical industry who knows what else they do on the side. Beware.

Good luck getting in contact with anyone…. You have to go in if you want to actually be able to talk to someone. They don’t answer their phones..

I had labwork done that my doctor said would be billed as preventative care, meaning my insurance should cover it fully. Labcorp sent the wrong code to my insurance company, and billed me for a large amount. I spoke to both my insurance company and my doctor, who said I'd have to talk to the Labcorp billing department. I tried multiple phone numbers, waited on hold for over an hour several times, and was never able to get through to a human who could help resolve this, the only thing I was told was that they could put my bill on a 30 day freeze while I try to get this sorted out. During that time, they sent me multiple bills in the mail and threatened to send this to collections. This is extortion, this is a shady company, avoid if at all possible.
