“I recently had the main sprinkler pipe burst in my home so among the many belongings that were destroyed around 14 pieces of special clothing (mostly wool) got stained with the nasty rusty water. I did research and decided to take my things to Royal on 38th N, and am I glad I did! They did a superb job on each piece even a rain coast that had stains from soaked red suede shoes, plus everything was ready in a few days - I am a very happy new customer and will definitely return when I need quality dry cleaning. And I will say that Jennifer made the whole experience extra nice - a true gem! Thank you for everything -”
