We went to Lowes the other night to get an outdoor rug and went to the section outside but couldn't find any but saw an employee and asked her. She was so nice and took us inside, right to them, but didn't get her name. Found the one we wanted and then Scotty came by. He said I've got to go get someone with the , I'll call it the tractor thing. They both came back, and I think his name was Ron, he was up there getting the rug down and they were great!!!! So nice and helpful. Oh, yes, on the way to the checkout I saw some windchimes without a price, so I saw a young man and he came right over, gave me the price, I got one of those too and we left happy! Thank you all for being so nice and helpful!

All employees are lazy & send you in wrong direction, we shop at home depot, only Lowe's if necessary, customer service need to be re-educated...

Clean store. Friendly worker who tried to help me find what I was looking for. They did not have any of the AC filters that I needed for my unit. I could order them but it would take over a week to get them. I wish they would stock them. I had to go to Walmart to get them as they were the only store in the area who had them in stock. I will order them online in the future.

These places are too large. Hope you didn't forget a pack a nails when you're in the garden center checkout. I never make it from one end of the store to the other to get everything I need because my back starts to kill me. Please give all customers Bumper Cars with close bicycle horns. lol
PS: I'm not sure if this is Lowes or HD, but it was a bummer. I thought that somebody must hate their job to throw everything in there like that. The rules were so beautiful and every one in every bag had been broken. Maybe they feel of the forklift and the person didn't want to get in trouble? I don't know. Employees at both stores are super nice but short-staffed. It's hard to satisfy the rich, and they will tighten that budget just as much as they can do they can get that 3rd house in Cozumel for family vacations. No money for more employees to be available to ask if we need help. I've stood in line behind two other customers on an aisle where one lonely employee is trying to help everyone and has a pallet he needs to load onto the shelves... it's hard to satisfy the rich.
It's a pretty safe bet they aren't going to give me a bumper car now ?
