Do not use Lowes for kitchen installation ! I hired Lowes to install 2 new kitchens in rental properties. Big mistake. So far 7 months and counting. The new cabinets were shipped to the properties in the same complex and install immediately. Unfortunately they were the wrong cabinets. Lowes had to come back to uninstall cabinets, order new cabinets and install correct cabinets. This process took about 6 weeks. Communication has been atrocious ! No response from voicemails or emails for weeks. It literally took months to get someone back for punchlist items with regards to the cabinet installation. Now waiting for them to come back again to complete punch list items. I am told I will be compensated for my dissatisfaction but I'm sure it won't satisfy me ! STAY AWAY FROM LOWES KITCHEN INSTALLATION.

Lowe's is always my "go to" when looking for any supplies for small home projects or plants. I've never left disappointed or without any information ℹ might need to get the job done. Service is professional and friendly. They seem to have a good selection of most any building supplies one might need.

We are snowbirds renting a condo in North Myrtle Beach. Last week, the fridge began acting up (it was about 20 years old). We notified the owner of the condo who ordered a new fridge from Lowes Seaboard location. He told us that delivery would be on the Monday btw 8am and 12 pm. We waited all morning and nobody showed up. Finally, around 1:45 pm, a rental truck with two delivery men showed up. (One could hardly speak English - thank goodness I understand and speak a little Spanish. The other spoke no English whatsoever). I advised the delivery man who came in to see the fridge that was being taken away that there was an elevator they could use instead of the stairs and he sluffed me off. When he arrived in our condo to look at the original fridge, he shook his head while looking at the copper line going into the back of the fridge from the wall. We questioned this and he advised us that "they have been instructed not to touch the copper lines". We were dumbfounded. There was never any mention from Lowes end about issues with copper lines at time of purchase and/or delivery. Long story short, we talked the delivery man into unscrewing the copper line only to find out that it did not fit into the new ice maker line that the owner had paid extra for. Again, thank goodness my husband was proactive in purchasing a connector to connect both lines.The delivery man quickly pushed the new fridge into place and was ready to leave when my husband asked him if he wasn't going to balance the new fridge before he left. Back down he went to balance the fridge. In all, it was not a smooth delivery whatsoever and I can see why they arrived as late as they did.I had called Lowes delivery when our delivery window had passed and I was told that "the deliverymen are Lowes drivers". Clearly they are not! I had intentions of calling Lowes in person today but opted not to.Good luck with any of your future purchases! I know that I would not be dealing with Lowes if I lived here.

Typical middle of the mall Lowes experience. Staff is usually friendly when you need them.I normally do most of the work myself as I gather everything and ring up everything myself.
