We go to this store often and always get good help from employees. We went recently to get some things for a bathroom remodel and Andrew helped us find everything we needed. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help us find a new vanity when the one we wanted wasn’t in stock.

Order tools online! Took over 20 minutes to get a tool from the cage they keep them all in, got 3 different employees to give me excuses of why they couldn't before I finally got some help

I went to buy a new washer dryer for my new house; their pricing was very competitive and the Lowes staff member Barbara was fantastic! Helpful, well informed and patient, not pushy! She carefully explained features that I was interested in and wanted and I bought a Great whirlpool set... Made in america! This store supports made in the USA products and our veterans in a most impressive way. Will def be shopping here regularly.

Hardware items in abundance. Lighting, ceiling fans, tools, equipment rental, cleaning products and more. There are home decor items now like sheets, baskets, artwork, plates and dishes, vases, fake flowers & more. The staff is very helpful. Garden department is large and has all the staples that you need for your yard. Paint department stocked with all that you need. The "Pickup" area for orders previously placed is very efficient.

I have been a loyal customer of Lowes for years but their customer service has gone downhill. Selection is limited and Home Depot carries a better quality paint. I have gotten all of my appliances from Lowes and purchased their reasonably priced protection plan. We bought an LG washer, first mistake, which started making a horrible noise when it was filling with water. Long story short Lowes refused to repair it because as the manger said "it still washes the clothes". Any idiot knows if the pump is making that noise eventually it will fail. Lowes hopes it fails outside of their warranty period.
