I was thrilled when a gas station was finally put in on the 501 side of Forestbrook. I rarely give negative reviews but the last several months there had been issues with the touch screens or taking payment cards. Tonight I had to drive around to find a working pump screen and then it wouldn't except the loyalty number I've been using for the past year. It tells you to go inside to use the loyalty ID. Then it tells you to go inside to get your receipt. This has station is only about a year old so I'm sure the equipment it still under warranty to be fixed. Or is this a ploy to have you go inside and buy something while waiting in line with other frustrated customers. C'mon management, this place use to be so much better than this.

I couldn't pay at the pump without being a member of their reward club. The pump wouldn't accept my card without a reward number so I had to go inside and stand in line and wait to pay for gas. Why have pay at the pump if you can't pay at the pump? Parking lot is horribly cramped as well and a nightmare around 5:00pm.

I don’t know what some of these reviews are talking about and I know that no business is 100% perfect all the time. But every time I’ve been in there and it’s at least twice a week for the last year, the store is clean the gas pumps work The bakery always has fresh food. The only reason why I’m giving it more stars today instead of bad it’s because of the young man working this morning.I never smiled never said hello good morning would not look customers in the face when I asked about a certain condiment, his response was nope. As a matter fact the only time he did speak to anyone was to tell them how much they owe. Very unusual because the store normally has friendly employees

Been there 4 times and everytime there is gas pumps out of order or not working correctly. Poor management!
