Dr did not check my vitals, lungs heart, etc. He wrote on the portal that my lungs sound clear, heart was good, ears were good, and stomach was not distended. He didn't touch me. He must be psychic.

My son was very ill. Asked me “what I needed them to do” by the nurse. Home test was positive for COVID. They never confirmed. Sent him home with a school excuse, no abx. Luckily I had one. He’s doing much better today. No wonder people die.

Took my son here to McLeod international he was having really bad cramps from his thigh down to his feet it lasted about an hour and a half. He’s 14 years old and plays basketball. From my understanding from the EMS guy he said my son was dehydrated and they gave him a bag of fluids. He was absolutely the nicest guy. But soon as we arrive at McLeod they had poor customer service no greeting or anything. The receptionist I guess that’s what she was just started asking questions about my son. Then when the doctor came in he had no filter as well. The faces he was making when my son was letting him what was wrong he look at my son like really. I didn’t like the vibe from him. He was not friendly at all. I’ll post his name when I get a chance. I requested to come there because I know Grand Strand would have been pack. But I felt the MD could have acted more professional.

It may take months to see a specialist. They seem to prefer for one to go to the ER where they make more money and where you will send maybe 36 hours. The person I spoke to refused to give her name or ID number.

Hypertension emergency. 200 /100. Freaking out. Doctor Brett Kodish and Nurse Jackie O calmed me, cured me and sent me on my way. Just needed a bp medication adjustment. I never HAD such a pleasant E R experience. Thank you ?

Literally witnessed one of the RNs man handle a toddler and attack the pregnant mother because the nurse didn’t know how to handle a scared child or just walk away. You wouldn’t expect this kind of behavior at a place you go to feel safe…

Went for my very first visit to see Dr Johnson, upon meeting the receptionist, she had a pen/stencil in her mouth, and proceeded to take it out of her mouth THEN take my insurance card with that same hand….UGH. Upon seeing Dr. Johnson’s PA., Savannah, I handed her my actual prescriptions I was taking for her to record in office….I had just moved to the area, and it was Imperative to me to get off on the right foot….I soon saw Dr Johnson, he seemed nice, I explained my struggles, and I was on my way….within the week, I had multiple prescriptions needing filled, and 2 new ones needing called in by this group….So I called 3 Times for This office to address, and nothing, 1 medication was to control my heart rate as I had 2 7 inch long clots pass through my heart….still nothing from McLeod or Savannah….Finally 1 script that my last Dr filled on a 6 month basis, McLeod filled for 30 days, and the one for my heart they refused to refill even though they had just seen me….So I had to call back to my prior Dr. Explain the situation, transfer all meds list to pharmacy from them and get all new scripts started over. In the last call, I asked the office Mgr if the drug test their staff. They sent me a certified letter which I refuse to pick up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT STAFF

I paid my bill at time of service and then four months later get another bill no one said anything about. Called about my condition beforehand and they said come on in and then I get there and nobody knows anything. Waste of time and money.

Billing is a joke. I called about a 30 bill that I already paid that was a copayment I already paid for it. So I spoke to Ashley and she said there was 0 balance.I get another bill again 3rd bill sent. Today spoke to the lady that takes calls. Ashley not in. She transfers me to another lady who stated she gave you wrong information if bill is not paid your going to be turned over collection's agency cause she wants me to prove it with a receipt. I told her I pay all my copayments I don't owe anything!! So I called back to reach Ashley again and the girl that answered the phone hung up on me, called back and silence on the phone. Is this the way you handle billing??? Now i have to get to the bottom of this because their unproffionalism

Went there a couple months ago, got the care I needed. It wasn’t an absolutely horrible experience but every time I try to contact financial aid, there’s no information to go off of and the only thing I can do is print out a piece of paper and mail it to an address that they don’t give. I’ve called multiple times every number asks for some type of extension which isn’t provided. No one answers the phones and even when I do get somebody on the phone no one knows what they’re doing or where to send me. My bill also keeps changing monthly as well. Every time I get a new receipt in the mail, It’s a different pricing number. And now I’m getting calls from debt, collectors, billing agencies, and the whole works. I still haven’t paid my bills because I can’t but I can’t get anyone on the phone to make that point across. This has been the absolute worst experience ever.

I don't want to put a name out but I must say the medical care here is not knowledgeable nor caring. I feel I have to call all the time and push the staff to do their job (order tests and other). Asked about a possibility of vagus nerve injury and got a look like I was from a different planet. It's 21st century! Medical knowledge should be better than this. Looking at other reviews, I think WE ALL NEED CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTORS!!!
