They brought my car in 10 minutes early. and they showed me the problems and their solution to fix. It was done quickly, well, professionally, and was a lot less than I was anticipating. The counter person was a joy to deal with as she was polite, knowledgeable and added great humor.

First, let me say I have visited this establishment in the past and never had a problem, last month, I made an appointment to have my tires balanced rotated, and have the alignment checked I showed up for my 830am appointment, and they took my vehicle in right away. At 8:45 AM another customer came in to have four tires replaced an alignment and balancing unfortunately they couldn’t find his appointment on the schedule. The gentleman said I made the appointment last week with another man so the young lady at the counter asked the other man to come out and check on this he said oh yes, I made that appointment and forgot to schedule it but don’t worry will get your job done today. 10 minutes later, my car was pulled out of the shop and I was told the balancing machine was malfunctioning. I needed to be repaired and I would have to reschedule my appointment. I don’t understand how are they going to balance the gentleman getting four new tires I can’t help but feel I was bumped for the bigger job.

Meineke on George Bishop is the best!!! All issues with my vehicle were resolved completely! Tiffany, Steven and Bill made sure I was satisfied with the performance. I did have to return though due to a faulty part (through no fault of the shop) The issue was resolved and my van is running great! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable, friendly service!

I brought my vehicle to another place (Archer’s) for an AC service after my car’s AC was taking hours to cool off and still not getting cold enough. They charged me $175 and didn’t even do the AC service. They told me my coolant levels looked good but the pressures were indicating a problem on the “higher end” of the system? No clue, but they put ZERO Freon in my vehicle, told me it didn’t need a recharge, and didn’t even bother to check the filter or anything else for that matter and still charged me for a full AC service. He jumped straight to wanting to replace the expansion valve for $600 and there’s only a 50% chance it would fix the problem or I could go ahead and do a full AC kit for close to $2k. On my 2011 Honda Accord.. I left in tears. I even asked him if my air filter looked good and if there was any way it could be something not as serious, and he couldn’t even answer me.. BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T LOOK AT IT!!! I went to Meineke today and Tiffany at the front desk was SO nice and helpful from the second I walked in the door. I was a nervous wreck and all over the place but she took the time to talk to me and walked me through the process. She walked with me to my vehicle and told me the blower motors were working and kind of inspected for anything obvious it could have been, and one of the first things they did was check the air filter and it was FULL of debris. They diagnosed a leak in one of the valves (I can’t remember the exact name), which the other place didn’t even mention to me. I went ahead with the AC service which included replacement of those leaky valves and I also got a new air filter installed. While I was waiting, Tiffany and one of the repair guys talked to me pretty much the entire time and were just so helpful with any questions or concerns I had. When everything was finished, Tiffany walked me out to my car and low and behold, my air was ice cold again WITHOUT having to replace the entire AC system!! It was $312, but that sure beats the $2k the other place wanted me to spend before even considering other options. I am so happy with my service here and that I got a second opinion! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family because it was such a nice experience from start to finish. Being a young woman (without my boyfriend with me), I feel like I get taken advantage of at every car repair place, but I didn’t once feel like they were trying to get an extra dollar out of me by misdiagnosing or anything like that. This is definitely where I will be coming back to in the future! Even if I do end up needing the AC kit if my air fails again, I will be coming to them. But for now, I have AC again!! Great people, great place! Thank you all SO much!!!

Steven and his staff were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I called when our SUV was having all kinds of error messages and a check engine light. They were able to clear the check engine light and give me insight on why the error messages were occurring. They were extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely be coming back to see them again soon for my oil change and other maintenance needs. Thank you!

I feel like they could offer different prices for cheaper options. The only option was the most expensive option. $380 for an alternator on a 2013 camry and $45 just to change out a battery. But a very nice experience with the front desk. And they took my car right in and did the work with no appointment. ?
