Above and beyond service! They pulled my car in, helped me immediately, escorted me to parts, and diagnosed the issue quickly. I always had good service on both the BMW and Mercedes side, but this most recent visit was truly exceptional!

Michael M. was an amazing salesman. If you want it done right he’s your guy. He made sure we got our vehicle the exact way we wanted it and for the best price. As well as delivered it before original eta now we get to make our trip back to Texas in style. My family loves our Mercedes and hopes to buy one again soon.

My wife and I tried to buy a new Mercedes SUV at this dealership in 2022.They wanted $6,500 over MSRP. We bought the same SUV in Wilmington NC for MSRP. We also have a 2014 ML350. We recently needed a new battery and the Myrtle Beach dealership took four days to install the battery and tried to sell me $7,000 worth of other repairs and service. I said no. When I picked up the car the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was fine when we brought the car in for a battery. They charged me $330 to service the AC that was working properly when they got the car. We will never again darken the door of this dealership.

There are 33 dealerships in our state but we have driven to this South Carolina Mercedes Benz Myrtle Beach dealership for the purchase of three new Mercedes over the past eleven years. This is one of Mercedes’ flagship stores, so pricing has always seemed to be better for us in comparison to other dealerships. We do not like haggling and like the fact our salesman, Jacob Vinson, always provides the best price upfront — the first time. Having someone who cares and one we trust is an important part of our vehicle buying decision. For the past 11 years we have only dealt with Jacob. He was the first to greet us on our initial visit. (Although I am a woman, I am the one into cars and engines!) Every time we visit Myrtle Beach, we drop in to view the huge inventory of vehicles. Whether he is with a patron or not, Jacob always stops what he is doing to welcome us to town. He always remembers us by name! We referred family members to Jacob and this dealership for their purchase of a new Mercedes and new BMW. They are Jacob’s fans for life and have referred others to him as well. Just being here today, after driving four plus hours, the warm welcome from Keri made our day! She offered us beverages and snacks after our long drive. In summary, Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach is a large dealership with that small family feel!!

We purchased a 2024 Mercedes Benz GLS 450 on July 5 2024 at Mercedes Benz of Myrtle Beach. We had our sights set on one particular SUV we found online but the dealership’s inventory led us to look at other ones we originally didn't have any interest in but our salesman Brad Stewart’s knowledge of this this model opened our eyes to the possibility of purchasing a different one. And, his patience to show us every GLS on the lot on a very hot summer day really resonated with us and was a big factor in our final decision. Also his friendly personality and reassuring demeanor made a for a smooth sale and very gratifying purchasing process. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience. From the moment we stepped onto the lot customer service was outstanding through the final signatures and Brad Stewart and Mercedes Benz of Myrtle Beach get five out of five stars in our book.
