I have been working with Mr. Thomas Jackson since the age of 21 and i am now 30 years old. He has been truly a blessing to me and every customer that i have referred to him over the years. Mr. Thomas ALWAYS goes above and beyond for his customers and always ensure that they get the car that they desire! I still remember his words at the age 21 when he told me that one day i would own a Mercedes and those words came true twice ! He is AMAZING!!!! Definitely heaven sent !!

Mike Sclafani made my experience painless. He had the car out front, ready for the test drive upon my arrival. He texted me to confirm our appointment while I was en route to the dealership. He was knowledgeable about the car even though it was not a make mainly sold at this dealership. It really didn’t take long for him to get the paperwork done. My longest wait was with my insurance company adding the car to my policy, though no fault of Mike’s. I appreciate his work ethic and transparency. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy new or used at Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach!

We began shopping for a replacement for our 2015 Mercedes GL 450, and although we have been “E-curious” for quite some time, safety, comfort and reliability were top of the list for us. We were fortunate to meet Paul Keil at Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach, whose encyclopedic knowledge of EQ vehicles is second only to his patient and friendly manner. We are now the proud owners of an EQS 580, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. What this car can do is amazing, and we feel it is as safe as any vehicle on the road today.In addition to Paul, Tanner set us up on our Mercedes Me app, and explained every detail about this fabulous car. Everyone we met at Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach was friendly, professional and courteous.We have received so many kudos from family and friends about our change to an electric vehicle. We know it is the smartest decision we could have made and we’re proud to be part of the electric vehicle community.

We have purchased several vehicles from mbmb and we developed a wonderful friendship with JW Brinkman as he since retired. We were grateful to meet and work with Paul Keil for our recent purchase. Paul was very knowledgeable and such a professional. No pressure. Not pushy. Actually he was very patient with us and made us feel like Family. He worked hard to make sure all our questions were answered and to top it off. He recognized the fact that the day we were visiting was actually my Birthday. He made it a point to email/text me Happy Birthday later that evening. What a great guy and even a better salesman. Paul we look forward to working with you again in the future.

Christmas night '23 our family car died. My husband & I spent a week looking at used vehicles & were disgusted at what people were selling. Looking through auto trader, we found a Ford Escape at the Mercedes-Benz MB location. We went on 12/30/23 & was approved but had some final details to finish out & because of that we had to wait till the next business day 1/2/24... but we got our new/ used car & seriously couldn't be happier!We owe everything to Paul Keil for being so helpful, personable, kind, & staying in touch with us even when he wasn't at the dealership... this was my first dealership experience & it was completely great!

You just have to be rich to service an out of warranty Mercedes. I'm going to buy another Mercedes to keep the bills from coming in but I want this to be safe for my kid. The car only has 140,000 miles on it and is serviced at least twice a year plus always has new tires every year. A $70,000 car needs to last 300,000 in my opinion.When something happened to my car in April 2023 that Mercedes was found at fault in a class action suit over, I was the one who had to solve the pre qualifications issues so they would cover the inoperable fuel pump (a $900 -- $1200 job) that was located in the fuel tank! Because the fuel pump was in the tank, they had to replace the whole fuel tank as well costing $6000! Thank goodness I could prove this. I went over a list Mercedes gave me with my regular mechanic and half the things on the list have 15-30,000 miles until I have to start worrying about it. That was a little presumptuous of them. Instead I fixed the items that needed immediate attention and in 3 months the brakes will be taken care of and in 9 months the tie rods will be done. And all the time the car was with Mercedes, I never got off all the service engine lights. Instead it took an hour for my mechanic to find rusty spark plugs. So between spark plug replacements, carburetor hoses and new carburetor fluid well, a realignment, and a whole new heater and air blower $1700! Mercedes price over $5000. And that is giving them the benefit of the doubt. I actually don't want to blame this on Mercedes Myrtle. I'd like to say this is pressure from Mercedes USA. It doesn't seem there are any honest corporate based businesses anymore! It's just too much pressure from their home offices. It's all about QUOTAS !

Found my car on Autotrader. I was nervous because the dealership was 3 hours away and the price looked to good to be true. Called and Thomas Jackson answered. I explained my concerns about the distance and Thomas understood and took plenty of detailed pictures for me. I’m so happy I took the trip. The dealership is huge. They obviously only keep the best shaped cars to sell. Thomas was knowledgeable and if he didn’t know something he went and found out. He was patient with no sales pressure. The car was one of their less expensive cars but I was treated like I was spending a fortune and was not rushed. I loved Thomas no nonsense and professional service and when I buy my next car this will be the first place I will check. Honestly the car was $1000 dollars less , two years newer, and 20,000 less miles than everything else I looked at. The car was 4 years old and looks and drives like brand new. So happy I took the trip and ask for Dr. Thomas Jackson. He’s great!
