Well I would like to say thank you to all the employees who helped me while I was there. I have size 15 feet so it's hard to find shoes. I went to Sketchers and I was told to go to DSW down the road. But the guys at Merrils went above and beyond to find me 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of boots. Thank you for all your help and I will be back

Truly a great shopping experience. Went three times in four days and Kevin was not only helpful with a in-store online order, but I came back to purchase a coat for my wife and he made me feel as if I had been shopping there for years and was his favorite customer. We even came back so she could try on another coat to be sure and he was very courteous and helpful. Thanks for everything.
