Please get some new help in this store! The most unfriendly staff! Walking in to pay my bill didn't receive a "Hello" "Hi, how are you?" Got nothing, get to counter wasn't asked "How can I help you?" After giving my payment was told " You'll receive a text message showing Payment made" Not "Would you like a receipt?" Or even "Thank you, have a nice day!" Yes i waited in parking lot till text came thru showing Payment was posted to my account.

The owner Rafael owns 3/4 store here. He is a liar. He would not honor the promotion when I came in, he said it was an online promotion only. YET I have a screen shot of it stating in store only. Then told me that if I got a certain phone that I would get a promotion on $40 plan that would give me the 60 plan extras. He did not give me any receipts in my bag and when called to get the receipts they are giving me a run around. This owner is a Liar a Cheat, a very dirty business owner. Please Think twice before switching with company. SHAME on you Rafael no way to run a business.. Yada yada YADA--- LIAR

I have been with metro for 8 years. I went to this store while visiting home, the young man in the store tried to charge me 180.00 for an upgrade. Upgrade fee for the phone was for 49.99. then he tried to tell me prices in Myrtle beach are different. I stayed on the beach. I may not now but the only difference is the taxes. He was basically trying to overcharge so he could pocket the rest. Watch them at that stire

The service was very good and friendly, the sales representative was very helpful, he explained everything needed to know. I would recommend anyone to go there Metro by T Mobile. This is where I am definitely going back

Been with metro over 10 years. I pay in person, they don't open on time! It's hard to pay on time, when u have to wait 30 minutes or more for someone to come! Do better or I'm going elsewhere!

I went here to pay my bill and purchase a new phone..i was told by the clerk that she took take my payment but could not sale me a phone because she was about to receive a very important phone call. I thought ok..a zoom meeting. Or something....then...as im making my payment , her personal cell rings and its some man saying hey baby. So..long story short....i couldn't buy a phone, a get her a sale. Cause she had to talk to her man

Got to this store at 20 minutes before close and I know 20 minutes is a bit inconvenient but rather than sell me a top of the line phone. Which I'd have purchased. The two guys at this store told me "they had no phones to sell" what kind of phone provide stays open if they have no phones to sell. I think someone should lose their job. Cause someone doesn't want to make any money
