Mixed rating. A regular customer (several times a week) that is handicapped asked for 4 Mike's Harder and 2 packs of cigarettes. One manager will actually bring them out to the vehicle. The other manager made disparaging comments that he wasn't going to shop for her. The lady has to use a cane to prevent falling and is partially blind. Legitimately handicapped. I went into the convenience store to help the lady and even I have to use a cane to prevent falls.
That manager made the remarks to me and even commented that now she has someone doing her shopping for her. A customer in the convenience store actually helped me to get the items.
It's a sad thing that customer service has fallen to the point that open animosity toward a handicapped person is displayed verbally and action. More like lack of action by refusing to help a customer much less a handicapped customer. On the opposite side there is one of the managers that will go the extra and bring the items out to her including process the payment. Kudos to him.

They have the pumps rigged so you have to stand there and hold the pump handle, also they do not put printers paper in the pumps, always have to go in to get receipt....
