On vacation recently when I discovered the rear cable style break had seized. Called and asked if someone could look at the bike and determine if it could be repaired that day. The shop said yes. Well, 15 minutes and a very small fee later, I was ready to ride. A huge thank you. And two very friendly dogs as a bonus.
