Buyer, beware! I have bought from Myrtle Beach automotive at least five cars some Mercedes, and some BMW and I’ve had the same salesman for a few years. I always thought mean did things right and was a nice guy. Until this LAST time. he said he was really busy so he had someone else help us. He was very sweet and nice but it was besides the point I didn’t know why my regular salesman didn’t make the time for me. I looked at some cars because I was trading in my BMW X5 and I went with a Mercedes car. I drove it home that night and realize that there was not gonna be enough room in there for me so the next morning I called the salesman and the other salesman that he sent me to both of them twice I left messages and my husband called and nobody called us back so we showed up there less than 20 hours that we bought a car with only 20 miles put on it and told them that we would like to get a bigger car or take the SUV back. He told me there was nothing that they could do about it and what really got me was that you wouldn’t look me in the eye which to me is a sure sign of being dishonest. Now the fact that I had 20 miles on the vehicle and we were literally there within 20 hours of the purchase of the car. I was quite shocked that there was nothing they can do and that I felt the dishonesty with them. On top of it all one of the other managers called me back and my husband told him he paid us 4000 under Kelley blue book on our trade in which we didn’t notice until the next day, and he said oh yeah, you’re right we did make a mistake, however, there’s nothing we can do about that now. That manager was trying to talk us up so we would come back but I assure you I will drive wherever I have to drive to get another BMW or Mercedes. I will never buy from this dealership ever again! Be careful and look over your paperwork real good. They also rush the paperwork at the end because the place was closing so that’s why we never noticed it. They gave me very little for my car. Saying that these luxury cars depreciate in value very quickly, however, when we saw what they sold it for it was an outrageous amount almost the cost of a brand new one and it was three years old, so I don’t understand how they depreciate so bad, but yet they made that much off of it I had only had it for almost three years which was my lease. I now realize why they couldn’t do anything for me because my son saw the car listed and it was already sold the next day and we saw it with the writing on it across the street where they clean the cars up then the other financial guy tried to tell me they had to put new tires on it when I turned it in with 15,000 miles on it and had it serviced three weeks prior to this and they had said everything looked great! They would’ve said some thing if I needed tires, so I know that was a lie. I am extremely disappointed in the way that they treated us and acted too good for us and for someone that is such a loyal customer not willing to do anything at all to try and help the situation. I would be very careful if you’re shopping here and keep an eye on everything they’re doing because there is some very dishonest people there that come off as really nice people but when it comes down to a problem, they don’t care how you feel it’s already over with they’ve already made their profit so they’re done with you, I would highly suggest going to Charleston to purchase your next vehicle over this dealership.

Mercedes-Benz Myrtle Beach we just had the most unprofessional awful rip off service I've ever encountered A coworker dropped off his BMW six series for a belt replacement for his air conditioning...... After charging $700 for miscellaneous stuff that he did not understand when he went to pick up the car, they did not even change the belt ... after agreeing there was some problem with communication. They want to charge him another $250 to put the belt on extremely unprofessional... Do yourself a favor and take your Mercedes or BMW anywhere but there... I can see why the rating is so damn low

Fantastic experience from start to finish, the most professional and diligent dealership I have ever been to.Brad Stewart was ahhhmazing! He was patient, kind, and tremendously knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to provide us with a personable experience as we were purchasing our daughter's first car.We had to drive two hours to come see the vehicle so Brad sent us a high quality and extremely detailed video prior to our drive. The video showed every detail of the car including the most minimal blemishes. At the end of the video, the financials were included so that you had an idea of everything prior to arriving. The tail light had to be replaced. However, they had already ordered the part, which they did disclosed. After test driving the vehicle, we decided to put a deposit and started the financial process. The ease of this process and professionalism was something I've never experienced. Top notch! The day we were picking up, Brad went the extra mile by having the car detailed, a full tank, and a big red bow for our daughter. What a fantastic experience! I cannot find words to express my gratitude and thank him for the positive and memorable experience. I highly recommend and urge everyone to check them out.We will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much Brad Stewart and Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach!

This place is great! Awesome communication! Brad Stewart really knows how to make people special! I live in the Charlotte area and there are BMW and Mercedes dealers here but would make the one-way 4-hour drive all over again just to have a dealership like this. One thing - they will make $5-7k off my vehicle so charging for new front tires probably wasn’t necessary but get it. Thanks, again!

What has happened to customer loyalty these days? I've purchased over $500,000.00 in cars from these guys and have sent countless referrals which includes my son. Recently, my business partner spent close to $200k there. I went online and saw they had two G63 wagons for a "Sale Price of $204,000.00." I reached out to the sales manager by email to confirm they had the unit in stock and that I was a buyer. He responded promptly stating. "I'm sorry, there is definitely an issue with our website feed. We have the G63 priced at $50k over MSRP." Aside from it being listed incorrectly one would think after decades of purchasing high end cars they'd sell the unit at MSRP and at best honor the "Sale price" online. I purchased 1 S580 from Millenia Mercedes in Orlando and they won't sell a previous client at over MSRP as part of a long history of loyalty to their clients. Part of creating a relationship with dealers is always with the hope that there is long time loyalty to those who commit to spending money at their stores. Loyalty is lost these days and these dealers have become more and more greedy. The dealer not only lost a long time client, Mercedes has now lost a long time buyer of the brand. Spend your money where the company is committed to earning your business for a lifetime

CROOKS....The service department is nothing more than another sales tool....the service writer conviently finds things to add to your invoice ...whatever your reason for bringing your automobile in for service will be ignored for more costly repairs that " must be done for you safety "....The entire dealership is a cesspool devoted to optimizing profit it would be more honest if they just used a gun ....

I bought a 2006 MB SL55 AMG in December 2021 from MBA; part of the sales contract was that they would get me an owner's manual since there was not one in the car when I bought it. It is now 3+ months later and I have no owner's manual---when I asked, the answer was "The car was a 2006, what did you expect?" Well, I expect you to honor the conditions of sale which said you'd provide me a copy of an owner's manual, not belittle the fact that I bought an older car than your salesman thought I should! I will definitely never do business with this establishment again, and I would caution others---they may treat you great when you buy a brand new car, but otherwise they treat you like garbage even when it was "Certified Used" and they had said IN WRITING that I would get an owner's manual. Where I come from that is called LYING and you don't give them your business...nor give them the chance to insult you further.

I'll make it very short and simple, this place stinks! I've traveled the country in my Mercedes Sprinter RV and I've had to get maintenance and normal services and recalls done across the country. This place is the worst

My first Mercedes vehicle and my first maintenance experience with it.Experience was excellent from entering to leaving. I am very particular about my vehicle and so is Mercedes of MB.The video inspection is a very good feature.Dealers other than Mercedes in our area seem to me to have two levels of service, one for area visitors and a lessor level for locals. I found Mercedes of MB to have one level of service front to back, top to bottom and that is one of EXCELLENCE.

Probably had the worse service experience...Owned numerous Mercedes Benz the service department at mb myrtle beach until recently was very good. My last 2 experiences were mediocre and the most recent was a cluster. They should eliminate the word service as it was not what you would expect nor desire. It's a luxury car why did I feel I was dealing with a Yugo dealership.Won't be going back.
