Since 2009 I bought 4 Corvettes, 3 Cadillacs and 1 Chevy Blaze and each came from MB Chevy and Cadillac. I have always been more than satisfied with all the sales and service staffs. When the new models of the C7 and C8 Corvettes became available I purchased them without up charges completely unlike other dealers in the area. Mr Rodrigues is a honorable and ethical owner who will continue to have my business and loyalty. I just bought my first EV last week and the sales consultant, Mark Ackerman, took a great deal of time going through setups and procedures which were new to both my wife and myself. If you like to feel comfortable and treated fairly this is the place to buy a vehicle.

We’ve moved here over 5 years ago. We came from Chicago where we had choices in dealerships. Unfortunately, this is the only Cadillac dealer in the area and by far the worst dealer I’ve ever experienced since I began purchasing vehicles over 40 years ago. Even though I love Cadillacs, you are much better off purchasing a different brand, just so you don’t have to deal with this firm.

Buyer beware. Cars are not inspected. Sold me a car and 6 months later totaled as water damaged.

I recently posted a bad review after having such a horrible experience. In this review, I won't go over all the negative details, but I'm glad to do my part to post a review that the issue is finally resolved the third time.I appreciate Tony, the service rep, for understanding my frustration and doing his best to resolve the issues. Tony eventually was able to help me get a meeting with the manager, Jesse, who also understood it was a mistake on their end and was empathetic and valued my business. I get it: Mechanics can make mistakes no matter their long tenure and expertise. However, the manager, Jesse, made it right and gave me a couple of free oil changes, and that was a grand gesture to restore my confidence that the customer is a priority. So, thanks to the team for holding everyone accountable and making it right. I am satisfied.

I inquired about a car out of state multiple times and couldn't get anyone to send me additional information! I literally wrote in the inquiry I'm ready to buy if it has the options I want. Never heard back and now see the car was sold yesterday after calling for the third time. A week went by with no follow up. After reading other reviews it seems I dodged a bad problem waiting to happen. If you're out of state I would go somewhere else.

Disappointing Experience and Bait-and-Switch Tactics at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet CadillacDear ,Paul RodriguezI hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac. As a customer who expected transparency and fairness, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the misleading practices I encountered during the vehicle purchasing process. When I initially approached Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac, I was enticed by the promise of MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) for your vehicles. The idea of getting a new vehicle at the suggested price, without any additional markups, was appealing. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned into frustration when I discovered that this was merely a bait-and-switch tactic. As I moved forward with the purchase, I was shocked to find out that the vehicle I wanted was priced at an astronomical $50,000 over the MSRP. This sudden and substantial increase in price was not only deceptive but also completely inconsistent with the initial representation made by your dealership. It is deeply disheartening to realize that the trust I placed in Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac was evidently misplaced. As a customer, I expect honesty, clarity, and ethical pricing practices from a reputable dealership. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of My message to all American consumers order factory direct from Chevrolet. Bottom line: Do not buy any allocations from this dealership take your business and money elsewhere.

Bait and switch dealership. They are money hungry and will say and do whatever it takes to get your extra 50 k over sticker for a Z06. You guys need to Rot in hell. Hopefully GM will catch on and pull all your C8 allocations.

I would rather have a healthy tooth extracted than deal with the service department even for a very basic scheduled routine maintenance like oil changes. 0 / 6 attempting to get an oil change for caddy and Chevy truck. Waited until I wasn't willing to wait any longer, "lost" appointments, or told they were running far behind at check-in. Jiffy Lube can get right, though. 0 / 2 dropping off Chevy truck for minor bumper touch ups. I was stood-up once at an early AM appointment because someone never showed up to open because he "had to launch his boat".

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. My family has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership within the year. $120,000 is sales - you'd think we would get the proper treatment... I take my vehicle to the service department last week for an oil change and an air conditioning issue. I had an appointment for 2:30pm and I dropped it off thinking I would get a phone call when it was ready like the employee said. It's now 6pm and I have not heard a single thing from them regarding my vehicle and the service department is now closed! No one updated me at all. We went to go pick my vehicle back up because I work full time and I need my vehicle every day and nothing was even done to it! No oil change, nothing. So you have my car for 4 hours and nothing is worked on and you guys have "no update"? Absolutely ridiculous. I take it back today for JUST an oil change hoping it wouldn't take up my entire day because I have to be at work. Had an appointment at 8:30am and of course, sat in the waiting room for 2 hours waiting for my vehicle ... FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I have gotten numerous oil changes in my life and the longest I waited for one was today. My family and I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Worst service department in the area. Had a scheduled oil change at 8:30 AM and didn’t leave until 11:30 AM. No communication about the expected, wait and little to no understanding of how to schedule service appointments in an efficient manner.
