If I could give them zero I would!STAY AWAY FROM MYRTLE BEACH CHEVROLET! NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY!I have put my name on the list for a Z06 3 years ago, before it was even announced.At the time, the sales manager (Scott) has told me it was going to be sold at MSRP and that I was number 4 in the list.In Aug 2022, he called and asked for my build and required me to pay $500 deposit for the car. At the time, he informed me I was now number 3.MOnths went past without any communications from Myrtle Chevrolet. I then called Scott at the beginning of 2023 and he said I was #2, and that they had one on the way. He again said it was going to be sold at MSRP.A few months later, he called me and said the dealership has decided to charge a $50k mark up, and that there was nothing he could do as this was an order from the owner (Loui).I said ok, I have waited for so long.Another YEAR WENT PAST, and nothing from them. I then went ahead and called, as I was told I am now number 7 on the list! hahahaha I seriously almost laughed!I then asked for my deposit to be returned back to my card, adjusted for inflation ($500 2 years ago is not worth the same anymore after 2 years of inflation). I was given a HARD NO, and that they would only give me $500 back (orders from the inventory manager, Bonny).IN short, they held on to my money for over 2 years, used as they wished, have not sold me the car and refused to make up for all the inconvenience by at least covering for inflation! I do not need the extra $50, but that is symbolic and it comes to show this dealership is made up of a bunch of clowns!NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THATS MY ADVICE!

The buying experience was excellent. We purchased a previously owned car. We had our mechanic give the car a good examination and found a couple of issues. The dealer agreed to repair these as part of the deal. The staff generally was very attentive and professional. There was a minor scheduling hiccup getting the repairs completed but all in all a good purchasing experience.

I’m a life long Chevrolet owner. When a tornado totaled my old Chevy Equinox we went to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet for a replacement. Monica met us as soon as we arrived. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. She even stayed late to make sure I understood all of the new gadgets. The owner and other sales folk stopped by to meet us and chat. Terrific experience! I LOVE my new car.

Have used this service department in the past and they were great! Made an appointment about a week and a half ago. After multiple confirming emails, text messages and speaking to a real person and confirming I had a 3500 Dually. I arrived for my 9:30 am appointment and was informed by a very rude woman that they no longer service dually trucks!!So if you have a dually, don’t waste your time!!Thank you to MB Chevrolet for reaching back out to me ( sorry I can’t respond to your post) if your service department can’t service a Chevy 3500 dually there’s nothing you can do for me. I have an appointment next week with another local dealer that can service my truck.

Excellent experience from start to finish! David Kasbee (Sales) and Brad Thurman (Finance) were fantastic to work with, super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I'd be lying if I said I enjoyed the "car shopping experience" but these two made it pain-free! I've been using their Service Dept. for nearly 4 yrs now but this is my 1st car purchase.
