Went in this morning for an oil change, steering not auto centering after right turns & brakes grinding. 1st of all my appointment was with Jared - I walk in and am told he's no longer there.Ok, one guy starts my write up & Jim then takes over.I explain my concerns & am told $180.00 just to check it out?So, it is my understanding that my visual brake inspection is part of my multi-point check? So, you are charging me $180.00 to road test my Jeep in attempt to verify the steering issue??I declined paying the $180.00. And say please quote me on the brakes so that I know ahead if I can afford to have them done today.20 minutes later the 1st guy that started my write up comes and says you're ready to go.He proceeds to quote me on a 60k service & no word on the brakes until I ask. Yes, I need rear brakes, but my Jeep is already sitting outside. No written quote given to me on any of the quoted items either or a copy of my multi-point inspection..?I addition, I will call Jeep customer service and file my steering concern with them, because if the steering binds causing an accident, I'm not having Myrtle Beach Jeep say I declined repairs which could cause an issue with my extended warranty. Now down the street paying for someone else to do my brakes.Upset & frustrated to say the least.I was a service manager for a Jeep dealership for a very long time & sometimes a free road test gains you more than the $180.00 diagnostic fee you wanted up front!$180.00 & being pushed out the door without an offer to get my grinding rear brakes done today just cost you a customer in Service & Sales & definitely will not recommend anyone to go there. Will be finding another Jeep dealership to service my vehicle.UPDATE 1/25/24Today I received an email for rescheduling my suggested maintenance items? HAVE ZERO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE REFFERING TO BECAUSE I RECEIVED "NO WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR RECOMMENDATION? AND DID NOT RECEIVE A COPY OF MY MULTIPOINT INSPECTION? Such a shoddy service department. STOP CONTACTING ME.

I purchased a 24 Wagoneer one week ago and first day they said batteries needed replaced .Second day the screen went black and started flashing so we returned to get it repaired . While there they showed us how to reset it . While we were on the way home we had to reset it again! Saturday we had a crash detection light come on and screen went out again . We went back to dealership and the tech worked at least 30 minutes and said he could not clear the light . I talked to sales and was offered a 100.00 gift card and was told that may be something that I would have to live with .Monday screen is out again so I went to dealership and sales manager said they would trade me into another Wagoneer. My Wagoneer is 4wd and they didn’t have another one with 4wd but did choose one that was 2wd same interior different color. They brought me the papers and said I will owe 18002.00 difference????? I said why ?Yours is used !!!!!!!!!!Never again will I go back .Keep these comments in mind while shopping at this dealership. You may have to live with it !!!!!!

I came to Myrtle Beach for my son's cornhole tournament and rented a Wagoneer from NY. Without getting into the ridiculous details, we managed to get the passenger side seat belt wrapped around the head rest and could not get it released. The more we tried, the tighter it got. So I called the local Jeep Dealer (Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep) and spoke to Jenny (I hope I remember the correct names as I am so bad at remembering names). She was so helpful and told me to bring it down and they would take care of it. A gentleman by the name I believe was Rich (I hope I'm right) greeted me within a few minutes and checked out my issue. He took the vehicle to the shop and within 10 - 15 minutes they were able to get the seatbelt fixed. I am so very thankful for the great customer service and hospitality I received from Myrtle Beach Crysler Jeep.

Was a good trading experience with Myrtle Beach Chyrsler Jeep. I had never purchased a vehicle from them but staff was extremely helpful and assisted with all aspects. I would recommend this dealership with anyone looking for a new ride.

Love my Jeep! However, before I even made my first payment, my battery died. No worries I thought, it’s a CPO and I bought the extended warranty. When I reached out about getting it replaced, I was informed that batteries aren’t covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. Which is odd, because the batteries (there are two, both are bad, $500+ to replace) are definitely between the bumpers! I was also told there was “no way they could have tested the battery”. Not sure why that’s relevant, but it’s also inaccurate. Any good battery place or car parts store has a load tester for batteries. There was no attempt made at customer service at all; just an immediate “that’s the way she goes, oh well” kind of response. Very disappointing.

down to earth, just be careful they are a lil shiesty. Dude named Anthony tricked me into puttin a car is a co signer name instead of mine and he made me the co signSo a whole different person owned my car technically!!!And then after the deed was already done the guy made up bunch excuses so we just left. But he definitely messed up a co signer of mines credit by makin him the main applicant (on purpose)

No looming over you answered all our questions. You are treated like family ask for Magic Mike exceptional and knowledgeable a true people person. The purchase of the jeep was all handled from paperwork, insurance explained everything ,very smooth. Shout out to Zack and Tyson who also assisted in the purchase. So head over to Bobby Gale Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep you won't be disappointed.

The service department is a joke here. I had schedule for my Jeep wrangler to get a wheel alignment. I came in person to set up the date and time and they told me it would take around 1 hour or 1 1/2 hour depending on how busy they were. I show up today for the appointment on time with my son. Two hours go by and nobody comes and tells me anything so I get up and ask someone if they could give me a estimate time left on my car and come to find out my car was still sitting outside and someone was just about to go get it so it could get serviced. I told the man so it’s going to be another hour or so until I get it back and he just nods his head. I ask them to just give me my car back since I had another appointment to go to. In my opinion it looks like they prioritize their customers differently here.

There are few car dealerships that offer customer fairness and this is one of those dealerships. I do not write many reviews; good or bad. This car dealer has earned the absolute best review possible. I bought a new Jeep Wagoneer; A great vehicle I might add; from them. The owner makes himself available to all their customers, which is very rare, he makes you feel special and that your business is greatly appreciated. Keep it up Guys and Girls, you are absolutely the very best.
