Very clean, the machines worked great and HEIDI was the best! She was helpful and friendly, qualities that have become almost extinct these days…Sadly.

Great staff clean Laundromat. Expensive washers (4$) and some of the dryers don't even work. Also some of the washers have different prices for different cycles, it was real weird and confusing.

I didn't see a pool table. Many dryers were out of service & there was only one folding table, but otherwise adequate.

Sam was the worst attendant possible. She stated that the machine in question would work but only with cold water. Once I deposited over 10$ I asked for help again, she then realized that the machine had to be reset which she did. I asked if I could have the rest of my money back and she came aggressively towards me while accusing me of yelling. She then told me to leave I told her I would not leave my clothes there and she stormed off. I will not even be drying my clothes here. It was dirty as well and most of games don't work which is why I came here. There is no pool table like old reviews states. She had a kid she was watching placed in a play pin that is pictured
In response to your response, If I would have tried to hit your employee then I would have, she was coming towards me in a hostile manner. And I did not cuss infront of my kids at all. And even she was overwhelmed watching her grandson because she was ill as soon as I asked for help. She obviously has no customer service skills and wasn't even in the establishment but maybe 5 mins the whole 28 I was there because I left with only washing one load of clothes and took them with me wet to dry somewhere else. The pictures are valid regardless if you are waiting on motherboards for the dryers there are alot missing doors. Guess you are waiting on them as well. This place is trash and so are your employees and customer service skills as a whole. I paid over 11 dollars to wash one load of clothes and Sam was perfectly ok with the machine taking my money. You have cameras maybe you should watch them because you can clearly see her coming towards me and my kids aggressively and never would I hit someone infront of my kids. So I did not try to hit her.

It's a launderette.
There is an attendant to deal with making change, problems with the machines, and other issues that might arise.
It's a little pricey; but, on the other hand, the large commercial machines aren't always easy to find.
Aside from a few odd ducks, the clientele were pleasant. I did my laundry and left, my mood a little better, and my clothes a lot cleaner.

First off from old reviews the noticeable differences is : Currently no public restrooms, very few games(most from pic posted were now inside Godfather's pizza next door), all dryers on lower level were out of order(Only 10 dryers). Otherwise it served the purpose.

I come in at 7am to do laundry, the place is relatively empty and I'm done within an hour. Very nice staff and the place is clean as can be

I do my laundry here pretty much weekly for the last 10 years, friendly staff, clean, right beside dollar.25 tree.
