This kia dealership is not our “local” dealership but we decided to purchase from here after getting great customer service with the sales rep Kevin. He was able to help us all virtually so when we arrived we just had to sign and go which made it really convenient (especially since we have two little kids). Very excited to be the owner of a EV9!

I bought a new Kia Soul at this dealership with the assistance of sales team member Joe Claudio, and it was a great experience! Joe was professional and very helpful in explaining all my options with honesty, kindness, humor and intelligence. Everyone at this location is awesome to deal with, including Finance. My daughter leased a car there about a year ago and loves the car and dealership also! I definitely recommend this dealer. Kia models are beautiful and their warranties also can’t be beat!

Feel very sad about writing this however, tried four times to make a service appointment for my Kia. No answer in Service and no call back on my message.
Wanted to get a factory recall done, plus oil, filter & tire rotation and have a new rear mirror put in with the garage door openers. So it was a very good $$$ visit.
I got no return call and no one answered the phone. So, I went to another Kia Dealer over an hour away. Kia Myrtle Beach that is only 15 minutes from my house has lost my business due to lack of customer service and unfortunately when I purchase my next new Kia in 6 months Coastal will be the benefactor of my purchase.

Almost mpossible to reach their service department. We dropped our car off on a Tuesday night. They said they would fix it Wednesday. No word from them on Wednesday so I called in the afternoon. Could not reach a live person so I left a message to please call back. No one called back. On Thursday I had to call four times and was put on hold for over five minutes each time before I finally reached the one person in service who can tell me what’s going on and all he could say was he’ll look into it and call me back. In the end they are friendly and appear to have done a good job at a fair price. Just very frustrating to communicate with.

Matt from the service department is amazing and so kind. We are here on vacation from Ohio and unfortunately our Sorento was making some noise that was worrisome. They were completely book for appointments and he fit me in and looked over my vehicle !!!! He saved our trip and I couldn’t be more thankful. He definitely went above and beyond to help us. Called multiple times during service ours to get an appointment to get our Kia serviced and they never answered. We left multiple voicemails and never got a call back!

We have bought a few cars from this Kia and one up north before moving here. Each time at MB Kia we have been assisted by Mike who is now in Finance. He is the reason we went back after the first time. Super knowledgeable and helpful. His caring about all his customers is second to none. Thank you Mike!!!!

Hello everyone! Me and my friend's has had a great experience on Monday. We're came to Kia Myrtle Beach for looking Kia Telluride, and meet with Jake. This guy is amazing! He didn't push us like most of sales persons, showed the cars, and offered a good deal. Today when my friends picked up their car from dealership, he made a guide for them, and told a lot of information about car. My friends was very satisfied with this purchase.
