Today I went to Winnelson's in search of a kitchen faucet, but unfortunately they didn't have the style I was looking for. However, Dana, the rep that helped me, was so incredibly nice and helpful, despite knowing they didn't carry what I wanted. She spent a good 45 minutes, at least, helping me to find faucets I liked and their specifications, and explained some things I wasn't aware of in the world of faucets and plumbing. You will not get better customer service anywhere, period. Just make sure you see Dana.

Great service! I had a last minute pluming issue where I needed a part to finish installation. My plumber was on site after I told them I had everything we needed. Previously working with Winnelson getting supplies for a remodel I thought I give it a shot to see if they had this part in stock. The complete parts department assisted me in getting exactly what I needed and I was back in no time so my plumber could finish the job. Great team at Winnelson!

Big shout out to Dana on her assisting us to review and purchase new faucets for our home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and did not try to over sell us. It was truly a pleasure to deal with her. We would highly recommend her. In this day and age, the retail world, needs more Dana’s.

My wife bought most of our plumbing fixtures and i bought most of the rough in materials from myrtle beach winnelson everything was good until we go to set the free standing claw foot tub and drain that was purchased from them the drain will not work with the tub now they will not call me back so i can get the right drain i would not recommend this place .

We went to Winnelson to choose plumbing fixtures for our new home. Right when we entered the door we were greeted with a warm welcome and smile from Dana. She walked us through each room of the home and helped us select all of our fixtures. She is extremely knowledgeable about the different brands offered and made the entire process a breeze. We highly recommend you visit Dana for all your plumbing fixture needs!
