Tina fixed the absolute nail disaster I walked in with. She did it with expertise and laughter that felt like I’d know her forever even though it was my first time. My nails look amazing now, the best pink ombré ever! I also had an amaaaaaaazing pedicure, that I almost fell asleep during because I was so relaxed. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I had an amazing experience here. Full set of new gel X nails in about an hour, super sweet nail tech, and these are the cleanest sharpest nails I’ve had done in a minute! I paid $90, and felt it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend 💕

Ty was amazing the first time and than touched it up for me a day later and let me be as picky as I wanted he was amazing and I left my card and they got it back to me WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Lack of communication, Two times told to come back and not one, but both times the person to provide services were gone. Last night I drove there, they were busy, so I said ill come tomorrow, because I wouldn't be available until after 7. Expressed my concerns for them closing at 7:30, told they leave after last customer., Left came back as directed from City of Myrtle Beach area to Carolina Forest for them to say I said 7 so she left. How can i get out at 7 and be across town at 7, smh. Waste of gas and time

I have gone here many times. I have had great experiences and okay ones. Today was terrible. Hands down the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. He cut the nails on my big toe down the side they aren’t even. Not at all an enjoyable experience. I’ve never had a pedicure with pain like today. I tipped him anyway thinking maybe he is new at it. Then got home and looked at my feet and I was shocked. It looks like a toddler did it. I should have paid attention to all the recent negative reviews.

I used to love coming to this place and getting my nails done often. I’ve been going to this place for years basically right when they opened up. I even have had other people try it out because I spoke so highly of this place. I am now disappointed and don’t plan to go back because the last few times that I have been there they have not done a good job at all. The one thing that frustrates me is they talk among each other instead of actually getting the job done that we are paying for. Normally I don’t mind at all as long as I’m getting my money worth. I just recently spent a good amount of money to get my nails and my toes done and the next day with gel that I had them do came off and I was on the way to my vacation. I know things happen totally understand it, but it happens every time lately because they are not paying attention anymore. I will be finding another place instead. I also know that they are very busy, which is great business, but when you are going so fast and not doing the job that you’re supposed to be doing kind of beats the purpose of good service.

I came in for a fill in and 2 nail repairs, thought I should try a new place since I was in town. My 2 new nails that was placed on were flat, I told him I didnt like it and that my nails were flat, his reply was all people do nails differently. So I believe he shouldn't be doing nails at all.

I originally got my nails done and just a few days later my nail polish (gel) started to peel. I went into the salon to get them repainted. I was told to come back later by BE she sits on the right hand side on the right hand side of the building. I asked what time they closed she then said just come back tomorrow. I asked to make an appointment to secure my spot and she said just come back tomorrow same time. I return the next day and she says they are busy and I stated that’s why I wanted to make an appointment. She then goes around to ask some ladies sitting in the waiting chair to do their nails and they all stated they already had their nails done. Lack of social awareness. She finally tells me to get in her chair and so I did. She tells me to give her a review and I said okay she then demanded that I do it now while in her chair in a rude manner. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Not only that she did a terrible job on painting them, a nail broke off that she repaired and she didn’t file or shape it to my other nails. It literally looks like a 5 year old did it. I will never spend another dime here.

Brian took care of me! I just needed a polish charge and he did it quickly so I could continue with my family vacation with pretty toenails and fingernails. Highly recommended!

Been a customer for approximately seven years Went in last week to treat myself for my birthday, Within two days The polish was chipping. Went in Sunday to show them. The technician started to remove the nail polish and pick a new color after the old polish was removed. The manager wanted me to pre-pay before the service. I explained that I felt I should not have to be charged. She said we don’t guarantee regular polish. Asked if the tech could just finish the basecoat on the other hand which he started on the first hand and she said no. I then said I can just do my nails myself and it would last longer. I just wanted to treat myself for my Birthday. She then sarcastically said happy birthday do them yourselves and then I walked out.
