Update: The steaks I purchased were 15% off on special and pre-seasoned vacuumed sealed. I got the grill to around 600 degrees seared them. Moved to lower heat and kept checking with thermometer. They tasted amazing and they were so juicy and tender.
Just wanted to share, we went there for the first time today. We were greeted by the nicest butcher. She answered all our questions and was just very pleasant.
The name NY butcher made me think I would get some NY attitude (not a bad thing) instead we got total country southern.
This place is also much more than meat. they have prepared frozen meals.
Prices seemed fair and they offer specials and a loyalty program .
No credit card fees we appreciate that. .

My husband and I found this butcher shop because of a recommendation at a Surfside meat market that literally had no meat. We drove an extra 30 min to check it out on a late Friday afternoon close to closing. We were looking for some quality steaks to cook at the beach on charcoal for our Anniversary. We were pleasantly greeted by Abby and Kendal who helped us with steaks and so much more. We left with two ribeyes, asparagus, mixed vegetables ready to cook in foil, bacon, pork chops and spicy sausage. I wish I could post pictures. The steaks and veggie blend came out perfect on the beach grill. I made cream onion gravy with the pork chops and grilled asparagus for another meal. We were so happy and can’t wait to go back and stock up on some of the freezer packages and ready to bake meals. Thank you for helping making our Anniversary celebration at the beach perfect!

We stumbled on this place looking for a butcher to get some steaks while in town for my birthday. The gentleman at the counter was super helpful and we ended up getting some prime cut filets.
We brought them home, wrapped them in bacon then braised them in a pan with seasoning and finished in the oven. Trust me when I say this was the best steak I've ever had. Tender, juicy, flavorful and was the perfect amount.
I highly recommend this place if you're looking for restaurant quality cuts of meat. Their daily specials are also really affordable too! Hit this place up and you won't regret it.

We didn't feel like cooking. I wanted the Sheppard's pie, I have had it before. It was good. We also picked up a chicken pot pie. It was also really good.

This place has been a Life saver for me! I don’t like to cook every night or get take out too much, they make an amazing “home cooked” feel-good meal at such a fair price. Impeccably clean place. Can’t recommend enough their products and their daily M-F take home meals! Everything is good from here I promise you that. I would post a pic but it’s already been devoured! I rarely leave reviews, this place beyond deserved one!
The butchers go above and beyond to help you create a meal too. Such nice people and so helpful. Thank you NY Butcher Myrtle beach!

This was my first time there it was a wonderful aroma as soon as you opened the door. It smelt like fres sausage. I love the meat variety. I ordered oxtails. I love the cut for 3 lbs. I'm definitely going back for their steaks.
