Jennifer, the owner, spent a lot of time with us, showing us different vacuum cleaners and letting us practice using each of them. We were impressed with her technical knowledge. She was very patient, answering all our questions. She assembled the model we purchased and loaded it into our vehicle.
We highly recommend this business to anyone in the market for a new vacuum cleaner.

I can only give them 1star until I can test the 3 vacuums they repaired for us. They’ve had an electrical fire since they worked on our vacuums and we haven’t heard a word regarding what’s going on despite the fact I’ve been trying to get in touch with them several times…their mailbox is full!

This is hands down the best vacuum service store in Myrtle Beach! Customer service is everything to me and each time my vacuum needs to be serviced, they go above and beyond. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, work fast and efficient (no waiting weeks), and are honest and transparent. They even sent me pictures of how dirty the filter on my vacuum was when it was taken apart! I highly recommend this store over any other in the Myrtle Beach area.

Great experience getting my old oreck repaired. The owner did an amazing job, it’s like new again. This store is very reasonably priced. What I enjoyed is she just fixed it. She didn’t try to upsell me on a brand new one. They also repair nearly every vacuum brand.

I was told to could try the new cordless vacuum at home for 7 days without penalty and full refund Took home and both my wife and I tried the vacuum. It worked beautifully until we tried to take it apart and use accessoriesIt was as so stiff and very difficult and took both of us trying as hard as we could - but couldn’t do itTherefore we came back to the store in3 days to return itUpon returning we were told for the FIRST time that there would be a 25% restocking feeOwner insisted she told us but neither of us heard itAnd we were never told how difficult it was to operate until we brought it back and she said it takes awhile to loosen upWhat good is a vacuum to us that you can’t use for however long? How does it loosen up ???Just wanted everyone to know these two thingsThere’s a restocking feeAnd the sample she showed us wasn’t the same vacuum and of course was used quite a bitJim and Joanne

We drive 2 hours away from her store to do business with her. We absolutely love her products and they stand behind everything they sell. Great service!!!! We bought 2 cordless orecks 1 for the house and 1 for our motor home and we just bought the new Miele. We will continue to do business with Jennifer and staff!!!!
