Waited a month to hear back from them regarding my setting up my sleep study.

Staff is so unbelievably rude. She literally huffed at me. I asked for a copy of my medical record from the sleep study I did. With much attitude she took my info and said she would “see what she could find” and call me back. She never called back. I’d put money she never looked. I have a legal right to get a copy of it. They have to keep it for at least 10 years so I’m not sure what she meant by see what she could find.

The place was horrible!!! Old worn out covers, carpets musty, moldy smelling. Chair totally unusable, and I would not sit on it.

This place is horrible!!! My son had a sleep study done over a month ago and I have still not spoken with a doctor but I have received two bills. I have left four different messages and no one has returned my calls. I finally spoke with someone in the office on my fifth phone call, they were extremely rude. I ask to speak with the manager I was connected to a man named Milton who said he is the owner and he has not returned my calls either. Please do not use this company.

Horrible office personnel. Get mad at you when you ask questions about the process. You're just supposed to understand the process without question. Received a bill from a Dr. Benjamin. Never saw a doctor during this process. Only office personnel. Wish I read the reviews before going. Go somewhere else.

I can’t even give them a star, my husband had a at home sleep study eat move 2024, he has been in a bypap for over 15 years. He had a double bypass sx June 2024. He lost over 50lbs and his setting need to be change. It’s a fight to get answers from them, dr. Benjamin who reads the studies you can never reach him. After many calls to (lincare) his DME co. Is the only ones trying to help get this resolved. Dr Benjamin request he has a in house study. Our ins tried to reach him and he never responded. So the ins denied it. They state that it needs to go to his primary. That’s great of all the info was sent to him. So today I spent most of the day on calls to get this resolved, spoke to a very rude person at this sleep lab who kept telling me they faxed everything over to the primary, the primary never reserved it. I requested it be sent again which she refused, I asked her what her name was and again she refused and went silent, then she hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS PLACE.

Sleep lab was great, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was my appt was canceled due to a tech being sick, then my reschedule was set up with me but not the lab, thankfully they had a bed for me when I arrived.

Had a sleep study test on October 7th. It's now October 27th. Nobody called me. No results. I will recommend my doctor not to use them ever again. They're not professional at all. I just called him now. They told me I have to call a Apria myself. Do not use them. You'll be sorry if you do

Mel made the appointment a breeze. Her friendly personality and thorough understanding of the sleep apnea lab process were comforting and ensuring. She quickly and thoroughly explained the difference between the CPAP and BPAP technology while preparing me for the sleep test. I want to give a big thank you for an easy experience.

I had a sleep study done this week with JENNIFER DAVIS!!!! She was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and very informative!!! I do have to say that I don't think she should have to make up the beds and pillow cases....that should be done by the end of each work day..... that's just my opinion and she never complained once!!!! Because of JENNIFER, my sleep study was very comfortable!!!! She is excellent!! I would ask for her again!!!

Leaving one star because I have too. Had an at home test administered by Palmetto sleep lab on 1/22/24. Dr Benjamin---who I have no problem with--called me on the 24th at 830 a.m. and said how bad my sleep is and I would receive a call from Lab. He also said my GP was made aware. PSL sent a request to my insurance for a second study, which they denied 2/2/24 and told them to just get me a machine. I wasn't aware of the second study. I called several times and left messages that were unanswered. Twice I got a live person and got the run a round. It wasn't until I called Dr Benjamin's office and left him a message did the lab call me. The lab couldn't be bothered to let Dr. Benjamin's office know I have insurance..I received a bill and had to call him to straighten out. The end of first week in march they sent prescription to the wrong equipment company. One that my insurance won't cover. I called my insurance company to get information for the correct company so they could send it. It is March 17th. Still no CPAP machine. I will be getting in touch with insurance company and hopefully they will stop using them.

I was scheduled for a tritration study . I live in longs and I had to drive to Murrells inlet . So I went to the address they gave me 4959 Highway 17 bypass and there was no palmetto sleep lab there . I drove around for over an Hour looking for the place. The Internet address was 4017 Highway 17 and I went there . Well nobody answers the phone after dark because I called every number I could find. You would think that they would have a number you could call at the sleep labs to talk to someone with an idea of where it is . Even a cross street. But no one answers the phone. I called the main one in Myrtle Beach and the answer machine says leave a message and then it says the mail box is full. I didn’t get back home till 12:00 AM and then on Wednesday the 5th I call the main office and get the same message the mail box is full. I call murrells inlet and and nobody answers. I don’t know how anyone can give even one star . When I went to the first appointment in longs I had no problem but this is so wrong to not have a phone at the actual place your going for the sleep lab . They really need to fix it .

Went in at 10pm for a sleep study and Jennifer was kind and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire hook-up process and throughout the night
