I’ve been to this store 3-4 times and in the last 2 times every single “employee” was horrible. i seriously don’t understand why you would want unpleasant, rude, snarky, and horrible people working. i’ve been ignored until I say something. they give constant dirty looks. last time i was in there i had to approach whatever you call them and ask for my ring to be cleaned. she rolled her eyes and took the ring from my fingers. she was back there for 15 seconds and walked back out. on closer inspection it was damaged. like seriously. gall judge people off what they look like and it’s horrific. The manager seriously needs to reconsider what kind of store they run. Not to add ive ran a store. You’re people are lazy.

Placed an online order on my way back into town. Upon arrival to this location, I noticed that of the 3 sales associates on the floor, 2 were actively working with customer. This was fine, even though no acknowledged my presence. The outlying associate, I noticed appeared to be having a casual conversation with a customer that came in after me. After wrapping up her conversation and trying to steamroll past me without offering assistance, I was able to stop her and inform her that I had an online order that I was picking up. She went on to ask me for my I.D—which I provided along with order confirmation—and proceeded to carelessly put my I.D on the counter (AFTER I HANDED IT TO HER). Once she pulled my order, she took the charm (which was still in its original plastic bag with the pull order) and drop it into a bag. As a regular customer of Pandora, this confused me since the company’s iconic packaging is major part of why I keep returning . When I asked for tissue paper and a box, the associate went on to look at me puzzled and say “tissue paper?” like she was unfamiliar with the concept. I unfortunately do not have this individual’s name, but I believe that she was Hispanic as she had an accent and was conversing in Spanish with the aforementioned individual that came after me. Overall, poor experience and I will be sure to avoid this location in the future and peruse at the sister location located at Tanger Outlet or online.

I went in today in the late afternoon/early evening with my mother to buy charms for my grandmother for Christmas. There were 4 women working, and in the 20 minutes we were waiting for service, we were ignored except by a single “excuse me” by one of the workers to get by us to see a customer that came AFTER us. Keep in mind, we also came in with 4 bags from other stores and had intent to spend a lot of money at Pandora. It felt like due to my mother and I wearing sweatpants and t-shirts, that we were judged by our attire and assumed we could not afford or be willing to spend any money. Please educate and train your staff not to judge a book by its cover. We come from a very wealthy area in Virginia and retired down here. My grandmother loves the charms at Pandora and we bought multiple for her back in Virginia. Very disappointed in how we were treated at this one. Hopefully the staff can get better trained so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I wanted to buy my mother in law charms to add to her bracelet and necklace for Christmas. I was completely ignored for the 20 minutes I stood waiting for a sales associate to at least acknowledge me. That never happened. What did happen was other customers after me being waited on. Terrible customer service. I recently retired down here and this is the first instance I’ve had with having to deal with rude sales associates. We were going to be spending a good amount of money. I would seriously think about training. I’m sure I’m not the only customer that’s had this experience. You’re losing a good amount of money with your sales people.

I went there to purchase a bracelet for girlfriends birthday. I dont use credit but i was coerced into applying for store credit. I then asked several times before giving entering my social security number if this was a soft pull or hard inquiry. I was assured several times that it was only for store credit. I was assured that this would not affect my credit/score in any way and that there wouldn't be seen as a hard inquiry. I checked my credit and saw the hard inquiry. Im not satisfied with being blatantly lied to and other employees sitting there listening in and said nothing. This isn't honest business and fraudulent behavior. Seems like ordering online will be my route to avoid being lied to by dishonest employees.

I was gifted the Pandora knot heart ring with tiny CZ's just over a year ago. I have maybe worn it 4 times, today I noticed one of the tiny CZ's was missing so I called them. They do not repair their own jewelry, they will have me send the ring back for a gift card which I do not want. I want the ring repaired or replaced. They will not pay for the repair. I do not call that quality merchandise or standing by their product. I will not purchase any of this jewelry again.

They’ve gone very cheap on the packaging. We bought several pieces and were given very cheap construction paper boxes. Charms cost $79 should be about $35.00. Sales person seemed that I was a bother. I love the product love the brand, but promise you next time I purchase I will buy from the mole hole at barefoot Landing people are nicer. The store at Barefoot has a lot more product to choose from as well.
