I did not buy anything just looking at animals.However this is what I saw a stressed chinchilla biting on the metal unfortunately and had thin layer of bedding ALSO HAMSTERS , the hamsters also had chewed and old stuff in there cage with lin layer of bedding they need more hamsters ARE BURROWING ANIMAL'S 1 cage had a small wheel just because dwarfs and smaller hamsters are small they need a bigger size wheel coming form somone who owns a hamster.. ,unfortunately pet smarts supplier does treat badly, so they are stressed. The store and other stuff were fine, and the staff was fine too, but hamsters and Gerbil needed attention . no bad things against this location, just animals

Today was the second time we have gone there to use the grooming facilities for a toe nail trim and the grooming salon was closed.

Petsmart has had nothing but the worst experiences. In New York I have had decent experiences, they stoped their price matching a while ago and now they don’t even want to give rewards to members. Which is fine cause chewy now has ALL my business going forward. The cashier was very rude and did not want to use my coupon which at first I think she didn’t know how which is fine but she was being rude and saying it’s not going to work so I said can you call for someone who can help and she did not want to and claimed that won’t do anything although then she did and the manager Brent came over, was also extremely rude and made up some excuse as to why she wasn’t taking my coupon. He magically did it and told my wife “you’re welcome to you” while handing the bag to her and specifically not me cause she was standing behind me. Very rude here, before checkout the cashier was rushing us to decide what we wanted even though no line. Thank you to petsmart for finally pushing me out the door.

This is my neighborhood petsmart and I have been coming here for years to purchase crickets for my reptiles. We all know that times are tough and prices have gone up everywhere. With that said, I have never had a problem with this store price matching the price listed for crickets on their website until today. The policy ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE states that they price match most things excluding things like clearance items and pets. Last I checked, crickets are feed; not pets. I had TWO managers that refused to honor the price match today and one even stated that it's at "manager's discretion", it varies by store and that all of the manager's and employees in the past (I go at least once per week) were wrong for honoring the online price. 17 cents per small cricket is pretty ridiculous and even the 13 cents they charge online but at least the online price saves us a little bit of money. The lack of good customer service and being treated like I was a bother is enough to make me take the longer drive to the other location and never come back here. This is very disappointing to say the least. Just remove the whole "price match guarantee" clause off the website if you don't want to honor it!
